False ITK fed out of the club tends to self-perpetuate as we've seen in the past. WUM's often sprinkle someone else's publicised ITK with theirs to appear genuine, etc. If memory serves Ramos publicly stoked the Ronaldinho fire and Gus the Eto'o fire. Given what we know about the way the club tries to run its transfer dealings Ramos and Gus must know the rules on non-disclosure of targets.

Which would make SC's very own ITK, Mr Dan Ashcroft, a smokescreen. :eek:mg:

Only kidding, Dan.

Sorry, you are all mistaken entirely. Levy is a great admirer of Antoni Gaudi and has taken advantage of a quiet weekend to nip over to Barcelona to re-acquaint himself with the glories of the Sagrada Familia.

Rumour has it that he is keen for our architects to incorporate elements of its design into the New Lane. A key feature will be Frank Arnesen as St. Sebastian.

would eto'o and Keane work? not sure it would. Prefer we got a top class winger, we could buy Joaquin AND an incredible goalie AND mabye even another CB!!!! for 27mil(Eto'o's price tag). So either way i'd be happy. Think we could go about this a more sensible way, doubt eto'o will come anyway, but if he does then would be incredible.

o rumours!!

Its a pleasure to go and visit Barcelona at any time and for any reason.Luckily I will be there next week for 5 days just to revisit the beauty of the place!
It really would be amazing if we could incorporate Gaudis ideas into our new stadium - what a fantastic stadium it would be!

If it is true Levy is making the trip, it means that at least one very important deal has reached at least 80% certainty. I'm sure he won't come back empty-handed.

Agreed! If he is going there for business, we must be close to signing someone - a major signing.

There's a story on the front page and a thread in transfer rumours. Young (18 I think) Mexican wonderkid. Left footed winger/forward.

On a completely different note, in your picture there llamafarmer, who has got their back turned when Berbs is taking the pen at Wembley? Looks like No 4 but I can't make it out.

I expect he will come back having brokered a deal for Dos Santos, Eto'o and Ronaldinho, in exchange for Berbatov, Ghaly and £5m
