Pochettino doesn't ritualistically substitute all creativity after an hour of every game. Nor is he gradually trying to drive all creativity out of the club.

time will tell... he did sub Eriksen frequently last season, late in games that Spurs were behind or tied at the time. but not usually as early as the 60th minute... but usually around the 70th-75th minute...

so odd that considering his freekick abilities...
but then Poch had Lamela for that with Eriksen off the pitch :sick:

We got lloris off them on transfer deadline. I dunno. Not really up on my european football these days.

me too, i've been restrict by the gf on my footy watching and ps3, but my knowledge on shitty soaps has increased 1000 fold!

i've been googling teams and looking at players on the fringes who where bought for low fees and have not long left of their contracts.

Are you joining or not?

Sorry. I love Milan, and if I leave PSG for another european club that will be the one.

(Serioulsy, he loved Milan and didn't want to leave in the first place. He even agreed to cut wages. Milan needed the money though).

When I was younger I had a wild attractive girlfriend who I didn't want things to end with, I tried everything to make it work.

Since then, she's had 4 kids (that'll be the downstairs ruined), is wrinkly in her mid 20's and lives a council house lifestyle.

Metaphorically speaking, I don't think AC have weathered much differently since Zlatan left either.

What the fuck does a council house lifestyle mean?

even if we got him on a free and paid the 20m we were going to pay for Berahino. even if we did that. We have essentially thrown 20m down the drain as there will be no sell on. our modus operandi is to buy young players with the possibility of turning a profit. not spunking 20m on wages for (albeit a world class) player.

im still not 100% if this thread is a piss take or not?

He was mentioned as a joke but everyone went hysterical saying he'd never come etc... The op was just asking is it that much of a joke and would you pay the money?

Anyway why do you think it would cost £20m to get him?

Struggling by on one minimum wage earner in a council house that's too small for the family. i.e. stuck in a benefits rut

34. Psg allegedly want him gone. How many teams can match his wages that want another striker or have space in their squad? He and lvg seem to hate each other. Why not?

I doubt he would come and was only making a joke. This thread wasn't about whether he would come or not, it was a simple would you have him? People got their knickers in a twist and just kept repeating that he wouldn't come. Which wasn't the point. This is not in transfer rumours thread for a reason.

In that case I would love him to come but in my hypothetical scenario i'd prefer Messi

Most couples that live in council houses (at least in london) both work. Some collect benefits some don't.

Anyway not for this topic don't worry about it.

Fair enough - the parody was due to the fact that AC Milan can't afford to buy top players any more as they're skint and can't get into European competition - but they can't get into Europe because they don't have top players.

Same Catch-22 that people with (as I call it) the council house lifestyle have - can't afford anything because they don't have enough money, but can't afford to get a job because the benefits would go.

If Zlatan went to AC, it would have to be on a mahoosive pay drop.

They've spent over £60m this summer on transfers.
They got a new owner i believe, who's also building them a new stadium.

Ah okay, last I knew they were haemorrhaging money and had a loss of 91 million euros last year:

...but in all fairness, I don't really keep a keen eye on Italian football as it's about as straight as dog racing.

She lets the kids throw spaghetti at mealtimes and draw on the walls in the lounge with crayons?!

you were right to let that go.

A signing like Zlatan would certainly make other teams and the media take us seriously again, because right now they don't
