Harry Kane up top against Newcastle then .
So what happened to the investment?
I've always been a big fan of Levy over the years, but this summer i have gotten the feeling (especially from JJ's on and off tweets) that we could have snatched up a couple good players if only Daniel stretched a tad further.
Harry Kane up top against Newcastle then .
I'd rather see a 4-3-3 (4-6-0) with VDV as the most central attacking player.Harry Kane up top against Newcastle then .
So now it's AVB's fault
I live near to Beachy Head, they can pop in for a cup of tea beforehand if they like!!Nevermind a lack of strikers...at this rate half our fans will have thrown themselves off Beachy Head by the time the window shuts.
Agree... But god that is so unbelievably depressing. What's worse is we would have been better off if we had kept Bent, Pav or Crouch and I never thought I would be saying that.
Who knows maybe Bale will score a hatrick and turn out the be the new Henry and we will all looks back at this thread and think "what a bunch of twats!" unlikely though!
Now now everybody, let's try and remain calm. Just like me....
I've always felt that JJ has shown good sense whenever he posts info or rather how things are currently. But at the moment I think JJ has shown a lack of common sense with his last few tweets. He knows that the online Spurs contingent are bordering on rioting right now. All his recent messages will do is exacerbate the negativity and anger that is everywhere. By saying we're having a quiet week he's basically poured gasoline on the flames of rage.
If he'd kept silent we might be able to fool ourselves into staying hopeful, or even just a generic statement like 'still working on things'. Sure it's not going to relieve alot of the panic and anger but it sure won't intensify things.
I don't know about you guys but I trust defoe for the first 3 games
There are some arseholes on Twitter.
I'm struggling not to go on the rampage abusing these silly wankers.
Couldnt resist a couple though
