There's been some horrible rumblings about VDV. I think there's something in this. And it's a little worrying the thought of losing Modric and VDV same time. We are so bereft of intelligence, and none of the likely incomings are going to give us the type of craft that VDV does.

Totally agree, stating to feel more than a little worried now.

Not to mention, he performs in the big games as well - the one who we really can rely on.

Not being difficult but didn't he play one game - possibly a trial? Haven't seen him in any squads since then. Just think the article may not be complete lies as it does say he has been training with us

Just noticed that Hamburg have completed the signing Milan Badelj from Dinamo (played his last game for Dinamo tonight and scored) cant see them pursuing Rafa now.

ITK says tribunal setting the fee before any announcements. I'll take that over some Daily Fail article. If it was just a trial we'd know about it. It's an article done by the Sportsmail Reporter, it's a load of shite.

An ITK mentioned 2 top players out, I thought one might be VDV. I dont think he fits AVB's system, slow and would be no use when playing a high pressing game. Top player but dose not fit the system.

Surely he's the whole reason we're playing 4-2-3-1. I don't think he'll be going in a hurry.

I think the fact hes been given the no.10 shirt speaks volumes. I think its more likey Hudd and Daws in addition to Luka are the shock first teamers to go.
