There seems to be an awful lot of drama now every time Poch opens his mouth and yeah, the media are paid to create it and we don't need much help in creating our own but it's been non stop pretty much since the the semi final against Ajax. Why has this become a 'thing'? The Burnley game with the histrionics with Dean (rightly or wrongly) it's become a regular thing in the last nine months.

The performances and team currently is a reflection for the manager. You look at Man City and Liverpool and you see what they have because their managers/coaches arent acting like twats.

We should have been using what happened last season and the transfers in the summer as a catalyst to progress and take it up a notch - mean business. Look at Liverpool, lost the CL final, got in their players and won it the next season and embraced the situation. They didnt see losing the CL final as the end of the project but the catalyst for continuing it.

People are underestimating how long we have been underperforming for. In the league we were cack all season, bar a handful of games around Christmas time. Every time we scraped past a Fulham or Newcastle the threads were full of people saying that we were papering over the cracks and to be honest results have just been reflecting that in 2019. Naturally we pin the performances on individuals cos that's what we see over 90 mins, but the problem is clearly what goes on in the time between games, and it's looking more and more like Poch has no idea how to get this team playing well again. It's an overreaction to say it's over for Poch but equally I think people need to recognise the fact that things are not right at the moment and if that carries on for much longer there is only one way it will end.

We're sounding like Arsenal. It's embarrassing.

We haven't been good for a while now but Poch has 100% earnt (yes earnt) the right to turn it around and we should have faith in him being able to sort it out. It's my belief we need to change our system, but Poch should be allowed to do whatever he thinks is needed to change things.

Anyone even considering getting rid of him has clearly got the memory of a goldfish and isn't looking at the situation in any reasonable logically way. Look at United. Look at Arsenal. And remember AVB and Tim bloody Sherwood. "We've never had it so good" is right in this instance, for most of us anyway who weren't born when we weren't competing at the levels we are now.

Get a grip, take a step back. When it's time for Poch to go, it'll be his decision not ours. And I hate to think what will happen then. Let's not go Arsenal on this please. It's tragic.

Lost the dressing room....Tick tock
Who would have thought it would come to that? The strength and solidarity of the players uniting behind the manager was always Poch's single greatest strength: if that's even half-true then he's a goner.

Have to agree with you buddy, I think I'm correct in saying we haven't won our first three games of a season in 6 years. It's far too early to call for Pochettino head but I understand the need to vent frustration but in a few weeks it could be completely different, if we are in a deep hole come Christmas than yes Pochettino will be in trouble. It's far too early to say that as we are notoriously slow starters.
COYS ????❤️❤️

Apart from last season.

Fuck me i've been so comfortable in this little Pochettino bubble that i dont even know who out there could realistically replace him if/when that day comes.

Not sure it's unbelievable managers walk a tight line with players these days. It has been pretty obvious there is something wrong our record has been atrocious for quite a while in spite of the streaky CL run.

This only ends one way, easier to part way with one bloke than a whole squad, whether he's in the wrong or not.

Amazing that it could come to this with how positive everything seemed just a couple of seasons ago. Proof is on the pitch though, not a single player fighting for him nor a decent string of performances for over 13 months, and from his tactics and public demeanor, he does appear to have disappeared up his own arsehole.
