Bringing in Eze, Hojbjerg and Min Jae would not only add depth to the squad it would also come at a relatively low cost which can be offset by selling our already exiled/not involved squad players eg Foyth, CC-Vickers, Rose, KW-Peters and Amos. Circa £50m for the 3 signings and I would expect us to bring in circa £42-45m from the above sales.

With Lamela reportedly available you could replace him with any of the following linked players in Willian, Perisic or Brooks for less/similar cost.

The only real outlay would be in the full back and striker positions but even then we don’t know where Ndombele’s futures lies... we could arguably be a lot stronger next season with either little net expenditure or make a profit.

I really would love us to go for Eze. He is quality in my opinion and he adds strength in depth. Hes great competition as a number 10/ Lo Celso competition or for on the wing.

I think we would massively regret not trying to bring him in. Hojbjerg, Eze, Kim and a right back (Aarons?) would be perfect and I'd love us to go for it. That's what's definitely needed in my opinion.

Edit.....and a second striker is obviously needed so we dont run Kane into the ground...again.

If we sign Eze and have him with Lo Celso we have significantly upgraded how fucking cool our player names are over the last 2 seasons.

Who’s our next manager?

Spot on, look how Maddison and Grealish have done since coming from the Championship to the Premiership.

42-45 million in from selling Foyth, CCV, Rose, KWP, and Amos? On what planet?

We'd be lucky to get 25m from those 5. Only KWP and possibly Foyth would go for something in the 10m region.

His friends call him 'Ezeer and he is the main geezer
And he'll vibe up the place like no other man could
He's refined, sublime, he makes you feel fine
Though very much maligned and misunderstood
But if you know 'Ezeer he's a real crowd pleaser
He's ever so good, he's Eberechi Eze Goode

As you say, that's 100% on Zaha for repeatedly signing fat contracts instead of thinking ahead. Think his brother is his agent or something so no prizes for guessing what type of advice he was getting.
You do remember that Zaha signed for Man United and failed, before being sold back to Palace.

I think Eze looks a cracking prospect, but there is no way he is suited to play for Mourinho. He’d be advised to look at how many minutes Sessegnon and Ndombele are getting whilst less talented but more disciplined players like Sissoko are picked. Levy needs to focus on getting the 2 or 3 players Mourinho wants otherwise we’re not going to get better.
Yeah, none of Joe Cole, Arjen Robben, Wesley Sneijder, Mesut Ozil or Eden Hazard had success under Jose. He ruined them and the world never got to enjoy their flair and creativity because they were just too talented for Mourinho to pick.

I remember (but don't know what your point is).
He has previously thought ahead, and made the big leap. He’s not necessarily getting bad advice, but maybe his confidence and belief have returned.

Reported valuations and ‘bids’ for said players:

Foyth - £15m
KW-Peters - £15m
CC-Vickers - £5m
Rose - £5m
Amos - £2m?

£40m is quite easily attainable for said players.
