He has a contract offer on the table apparently from Juventus in the region of £5.3m-a-year, which could raise to £7m related to performance-based bonuses. That’s hardly like the £175k a week he wanted from Barça.

I think we can afford that. Remains to be seen how much of a risk we see him bringing to squad harmony etc.
It’s off the table as he thinks we’re not prestigious enough for him though. It doesn’t seem to be money holding up any deal.

I can honestly see someone like United spunking huge wages on him, especially if they lose Pogba to Madrid.

I'd also think that if it's 'off the table' it will be largely down to the fact that Poch values squad harmony so highly and probably doesn't need Rabiot and his family's antics.

If Utd sign Rabiot they truly have lost the plot. He's EXACTLY the type of character they need to stay away from and will want huge wages.

It does lend itself wonderfully to the “Levy pulls a rabiot out of the hat” headline though.

Rabiot and Bale would be going to Utd this summer in any of the last 6 years, for that reason, avoid him.

You can't help but think that after trawling around his prefered big clubs he'll settle on a not big club but having done so will always still be looking to bugger off to one of the big clubs, he'll settle on a club but never settle in.

He's looking fora Champion's league Club though :sneaky:
Hehe - well he may have to settle for that level now and Emery knows him so may convince him, he's free too which makes it a viable choice for the.

Looks like he's pissed enough CL clubs now though.

Juventus were linked but seems like they have moved on as he flirted with Barca and they prob got tired of the antics.
Barca not interested anymore it seems, due to De Jong coming in. Guess he had them waiting too long too.
City - can't see them being interested as he was originally there.
Liverpool - too many CMs
Madrid - haven't seen any links
Atletico - unless Rodri goes, I can't see him going there. Probably don't need him anyway.
Bayern - Again, I don't think they are interested.

A host of other clubs I can't see needing or trying to get him.

He's going to have to go crawling to a number of clubs now. If not his options may be United or Arsenal and I reckon he'd choose Arsenal because of Emery.
