If Soldado had put in the performance like Kane on Saturday he would have slaughtered.
Kane was rubbish sorry judge the performance not the player.

That may be true, but Kane did more in a fortnight than Soldado did in two seasons. Kane has earned time and credit, unfortunately for all of us Soldado just never did it, and to be honest trying to use Kane as a weapon against Soldado is a complete joke, and you should be better than that.

I'm glad we're keeping Townsend over Lamela.

I used to like Lamela as well.

Loaning Lamela seems a silly exercise.

With the added pace we have in our squad the creativity of Lamela is more needed than Townsend and the no end product of Dembele in that attacking 3.

Probably a really unpopular opinion: I would prefer Jonathan Walters to Charlie Austin as our back up attacker.

The 2015 Summer Window, overall, was a monumental fuck-up. We failed to address our 2 (arguably) greatest needs.

Great job Levy- just when you had won me over with the new stadium plans as well.

Not so sure now.

I hardly think that's going to be an unpopular opinion

I would be shocked if Kane managed 15 goals this season. The pressure already seems to be effecting his game. Happens at that age. Because Chadli is useless, better hope NJie and Son got their shooting boots.

Going to be a long season and wouldn't be shocked if we drop out of the top 10.

Enic are keeping spending back on playing staff so they can organically fund the stadium. Thus when they get the stadium built and sell us, they will get a greater return as they wouldn't have taken on as much debt from creditors. Business over Football - confirmed today unfortunately.

See how that works for them with a Championship side.

Have we actually got confirmation which pitch is the retractable one? I must say, like Harry Kane tweeted, I'm looking forward to taking my future kids to see the Haringay Cueballs every week for some Murcan rugby with a half time soccer show from the Tottingham Hotspurs.

Levy pulled me in a bit with the stadium. Now I am completely 100% out and I am not going back in. ENIC have taken us as far as they could. It is time to sell up to another owner to take us to the next step and progress the club. High time for them to go.

Our problem is central midfield. We needed a defensive midfielder and a midfielder who can thread a ball through quickly to the front players. We signed neither. Kane is going to struggle unless he has a Balesque season and scores wonder goal after wonder goal.

There is a lot of pressure on our two new attacking signings. If last season is anything to go by I wouldn't be shocked if Poch doesn't even pick them for many games leading up to Xmas.
