Dier doing what Dier does. He jogs around, plays blind passes, loses possession and doesn't chase back. Sissoko in midfield is far better centrally. 4231 is not the answer, far too much space.

I actually think this start is understandable on a tiny sample scale.


Lots of changes so players are adapting.
