And now Bentancur is injured the absolutely obvious fact that the we left our midfield short in January is going to become even more glaringly clear.

Oh well. Not surprising.. that’s life, that’s what all the people say… fortunately my existence doesn’t pivot round spurs.
(This is internal positive self-talk that suggests I’ve a life outside of football; I do have; but losing to a bunch of northern carrot crunchers is hard to bear. On the plus side, I’m off to bed. G’night fellow believers)

F@#king Useless!

Champions League? Ahahahahaha!!!!

Bye bye Kane!

Bye bye Conte!

Go on people, stand next to that f@#king leach Levy and wave goodbye to them both.

The only way is down from here.

It's happy clappers like you that keep this club from progressing. Drop the rose tinted glasses and wise up :cautious:

We lost because we wasted 45 mins. The first half wasnt good enough - our wing backs are not good enough - I dont want to see Emerson again. Sess needs to go on loan or somethign because the guy doesnt have a clue what to do with a ball.

I think Conte needs to be less stubborn as I keep saying and needs to be a bit more makeshift ont he right hand side. Kulu did well and id put Lucas or Bergwijn on the right.

Looing at tonight I don't care how bad our squad is when we are obviously man for man better than the other team.
There in lies the nub of the issue, not enough of our players are brave enough to be that or earn the right !! yet against City when dare I mention they are in the spotlight and possibly looking to raise their stock!!

I hate this football club, we all knew it was going to happen, but it’s so ducking infuriating!
Hate is a strong word but I am personally very uncomfortable with the amount of dislike I have for the number of players and figures at the club that I have. Hopefully summer is a new dawn but it’s fucking hard slog at the moment.

Leeds playing absolutely dreadful & conceding for fun. Dr Tottenham in town next

Seriously though terrible result but kind've expected it.

Our form is pretty worrying, losing way to many.
At this point it may be for the best if we drop to 10th, show the reality major change needed on and off the pitch, club has been run no where good enough ironically since the stadium which we were told was the game changer. The thing I want least for this season is to win just enough to get in that useless fucking conference league again and keep enough numpties happy so nothing ever changes with this loser mentality club.

You can see why we lost. The Burnley players look like tough nuts coming off the pitch.
Compare that to the fragile nature of Sess, Winks, Royal etc
We’re fine on a dry, placid day….but go up north on a wet and windy one…and some of the boys haven’t got the grit.
Burnley won all the 50/50s. When the ball was loose they always came out with the ball. They bought themselves free kicks near the touch line all game so that they could swing the ball into the area and it worked a treat. Sess did not control the ball properly once in the whole game. He has the first touch of someone playing scared.

We had a gilt edged opportunity to make the top four. These pathetic players have flushed it down the toilet. No pride and not sufficient ability. Conte needs to ditch the culprits ASAP.

One team were fighting to stay in the premier league the other well I don’t know what they were doing.
