I have no idea of the average member age in here but I'd say that it's not "mainly frequented by younger people".
I would guess that more are above 30 than under it.
The youngsters are too busy on tiktoc and Reddit. ?

If I were to guess, I'd put an average age on here of about 40ish.

You old sod. You've spelt TikTok wrong.

ENIC out for me. I'm not going to say they haven't done anything for us as they have done quite a bit but they have had long enough at the top table with their vision. They have preceded over multiple failures on and off the pitch and everything in life has an expiry date and this is theirs. Sell up. Let new owners come in so that we can start to moan at them not doing it correctly

I don't want to win trophies with arab oil money.

well we certainly won't with enic and levy that's for sure. i thought the whole point of football was the glory of winning stuff rather than having the nicest infrastructure.

Are we looking for an ethically suitable, very rich person who loves Tottenham Hotspur and will happily spend billions.
Or are we being realistic.
ENIC have taken us as far as they can. I now want an owner who Spends suitable amounts, very wisely, on players.

The notion that we don’t want to be taken over by dodgy owners. Dodgy unethical money.

our dear leader of ENIC and current owner Joe Lewis. make of these shenanigans what you will

Don't mean to appear rude but this would be better off in the ownership thread (although it has been posted before in the ENIC thread).
We don't want to clog this one up with debate about owners, just chat about the poll. ?

I think a lot more people were behind ENIC at the end of the summer transfer window - not sure what has changed in the last few months? Don't get me wrong, if this window ends without us addressing our weak areas it makes sense but if we were to get let's say Porro, Zaniolo and a CB would people still be ENIC out?

Aside from oil money blank cheques I'm not sure what more can be done...we have built a world class stadium, appointed a world class manager and we have backed him....when ENIC took over our previous five league finishes were 12, 11, 11, 14, 9.

The lack of trophies is hugely frustrating but the idea that Levy is some sort of Mike Ashley-esque incompetent running the club into the ground is just wrong. Lot's of goon fans calling for Arteta's head and their Board to go when they finished 8th a couple of seasons back.

And their board had a plan and a manager they believed in. They stuck to their plan, poured money into the project, allowed Arteta to correct his mistakes (Willian, Aubameyang etc) and more importantly, they ignored the noise of the fans as they truly believed in what they were doing. The owners and CEO have given Arteta and Edu free reign to carry out their vision.

When in the 22 years of ENIC have we ever had that level of commitment to a plan for on the pitch? When has a DoF/coach been allowed to carry out plan without interference from above from a control freak who only cares about obtaining the best financial deal? Even when we had the perfect manager in Poch, he wasn't backed and was booted at the first sign of trouble. Look at Liverpool right now, there's no way in hell they'll sack Klopp even if they finish 10th. That's the level of support Poch had earned in his last season but Levy binned him off due to his hard on for Mourinho.

Levy had a plan to build the stadium and grow ENICs investment and he's done a fabulous job at it but the football side has never ever received that level of attention and detail and for that, it's time for him to go and get someone who cares first and foremost about our success on the pitch.

ENIC OUT!. Nothing will change under them, even if the bald fella leaves. Time for change and some ambition.

That's your opinion, and I'm fine with that. But I've called Man City's trophies worthless for the way they've won them, I'd been a hypocrite if I didn't think the same if we won trophies with the same kind of money.
