Seeing as everyone is asking questions about our manager and preempting what might happen at the end of the season, I thought I might do a more positive one, rather than all of the negative ones on here.

It's simple really, If Harry gets us into the CL places for a 2nd year out of 3, and wins us the FA Cup, surely thats a wondeful, wonderful season. Certainly the best that I have known, and I was around to see us in the '80s.

So everyone, get voting :)

I think its a big test for Harry to see if he can pull us out of this slump. If we get champ and the FA Cup I would say he's a bloody legend as it seems too far off at the moment.

So i'll go for Hall of Fame (y)

If we win FA Cup and we finish Champions League I think that would be enough to convince FA to give him the England job.

He walks away from us with the glory and adulation and we move on and bring in a fresh face. Everyone wins.

My point that i'm trying to make is though, why would you want a fresh face after a manager has guided us to our best season in a very tough league for the first time in decades?

Even if we finish fourth, I think a lot of us will be traumatised that we've made a pig's ear of our chance to finish ahead of the Wenger Boys.

And in the context of the poll, we'd have a trophy and they wouldn't. In 20 years time, will anyone remember who came third in the league?

If we finish in the top 4 and win the FA Cup, I will give you £50*

*In the highly unlikely event that this happens I won't be giving you £50

I think if we get Champions League and win FA Cup then Harry will be a very relieved man, realise how he nearly screwed it up and that he couldn't do any better than end result. So he will go begging for the England job and get all his pals in the media to back him giving the FA little option.

So what are you saying then JH?

I think being London's top club is right up there in terms of priorities for a lot of Spurs fans, mattyspurs. I think getting walloped 5-2 by Arsenal and going on to finish behind them after being in such a position of strength will leave a bitter aftertaste.

Um Steffen Freund is in the hall of fame so the qualification for that isn't all that high. Harry would definitely have the resume to be in there if we win the FA cup and finish 4th. The way things have gone recently have been disappointing and finishing behind Arsenal again would be very painful but I still would take 4th and the cup.

I would prefer it if he went no matter what the rest of the season brings. I do not really believe that the team I saw play on Monday have any possibility of turning it around, I would love them to be able to of course, I just can't see it happening.

I think we are seeing HR's limitations as a coach/manager as we did last season.

I think I could just about stomach them finishing ahead of us if we finished 4th and won the cup. They would not let us forget 10 points, mind the gap and all that, but at the same time they've won nothing for 7 years now, and seeing us lift the cup at Wembley would stick in their throat, make no mistkake...

I hope you are right but the FA Cup has long since lost its magic for me.

Well now, it's context I think. Were we in 5th place, having reached the latter part of the Europa League etc and we finished 4th from here and won the FA Cup - leg end!

Having thrown away the Europa, fairy muff, gone out in LC early on and had nothing but the league and FA Cup to focus on and having got ourselves so clear of the chasing pack we were considered an outside chance of the title, and end up backing into the top 4 spots instead, well it's not exactly the same thing really.

Still, 4th place and the FA Cup - not to be sniffed at. Man hug time for Harry but maybe, it's time to move on for both parties. Thanks ya big lug *awkward laugh*. I'll call you, keep in touch etc.

Imagine you had a nice tidy sum and you decided you would invest some capital into shares.
You get yourself a broker and he recommends that you invest your money in shares called 4-4-2,they start off badly but improve for a couple of months and things are looking quite prosperous.
Something unexpectedly happens and the 4-4-2 shares take an awful pounding. You lose all the profits you had gained and it’s a very worrying situation.
You call a meeting with your broker and decide on a different strategy, you had heard about these 4-3-3 shares and you knew a few guys who were making a tidy sum from little investment.
It's decided to take things steadily but to invest in the 4-3-3 shares.
For the next couple of weeks things are looking up,the future is looking brighter and the spring is back in your step.
However disaster looms it’s ugly head once again.
Your broker decides to dump your shares in 4-3-3 and reverts back to investing in 4-4-2 shares again!
Its an unmitigated disaster and your capital takes an awful beating.

You have lost all the profits that you had gained and your initial tidy sum is in a very precarious position indeed.

Would you keep your broker or get a new one?

Well if we got 4th and won the cup I'd be pretty happy, but at the same time I think we need a new man in come the summer.

For the first half of this season we were title contenders, and though I never really thought we would win it I did think 2nd was a possibility, we have really messed it up whatever way you look at it. Time for a fresh start me thinks.
