The defences in the premier league are shit for starters.

He is strong has quick feet and makes good runs

From what I've seen, he also likes to shoot early, which is definitely a good thing in a league that traditionally doesn't leave players with much time on the ball.

There should be two windows for completing this deal - early this week, and early next week

. As Brazil have France next weekend, then the confederations cup starting the following weekend, they aren't going to want him to be making cross-Atlantic flights too close to either of them.

IMO then it will happen Tues-Wed either this week or next.

In 80yrs time he'll be dead and we'll still be linked to him

But the Inter president will still tell us he's not for sale at any price, then invite us to make a bid, then tell us he's not for sale until the Cope Libertadores has finished in 2093!!

What did Grey Fox say today? That if Leandro isn't done in a couple weeks it won't happen? Sounds good to me, give them a take-it-or-leave-it offer, no faffing about, and if they say no move for Soldado and Rodrigo and leave him to rot in the jungle.

If Leandro does sign, I'm going out immediately and buying a new kit with a name on the back. Not his name though. Sandro. I know he's an absolute beast on the pitch, but convincing Damiao to sign for Spurs is like completing all of the Herculean labors at once, or building one of the seven wonders of the world with his bare hands - a truly inhuman feat.
