RAWK Poster: "Their squad is so shit, poorest United squad ever. I swear we are as good as them."

Sensible Thought : "Erm. But they are 1st in the league, Ferguson must be a genius. Considering they are so shit"

RAWK Poster : "Na, mate Fergie is shit. He's tactically so naive"

Sensible Thought : "Well, how can they have a shit squad and a shit manager and still be 1st in the league?"

RAWK Poster: "Because The PL is piss poor. Poorest league in the world. I swear if you look at our team we're as good as them."

Sensible Thought : "Erm. We're 8th mate, they are 1st."

RAWK Poster: "Yeah, but that's because of the refs ain't it."

Not sure where they will play him but if he stays fit Coutinho could be a great signing for them and definitely adds to their options.

Would be nice to see our manager get backed the way Rodgers is atm

Love the way they make a big play about "19 League Titles" but funnily enough there's no mention of European Cups, with them lot its as if that Comp doesn't exist until they either win it or finally pull level/go ahead, then they'll never shut up about it.

They were in our shadow for so long though I understand it, and with us being in their shadow now, if we were to dominate them again in the future I suppose I'd never shut up about it either!!

FSG have proved their doubters amongst the Liverpool support wrong and this is proving quite a bitter pill for these people to swallow.

Up to now this season FSG have backed BR with not far off £50m net with a very small chance of another £6m being spent on Ince tomorrow, so the accusations by some supporters in the Summer of them being cheap, skint and unwilling to spend (mainly because of the Dempsey saga and not offering enough wages to some players to get them) look unfounded now.

My only concern, based on the most recent accounts published the last couple of years, is I don't understand where the cash is coming from as their is absolutely no evidence or reasons to believe FSG are investing their own cash into the club for players.

Great game by Liverpool today at Man City, unlucky not to take all 3 points.

I'm not sure what there is to laugh at Liverpool about really o_O

Really impressive today. No win against a top half team is damning though. Still lot's of work to do to reach top 4 level.

They would've taken six points v Arsenal and City instead of two if it hadn't been for Reina. Will the Scousers finally turn on their previously untouchable keeper?

I don't care. Had we achieved two draws away at the Emirates and Etihad back to back and scored 4 goals in the process we'd all be feeling pretty upbeat.

Be interesting to see if they have finally found some consistency.

They really do look a fine outfit now.
The addition of Sturridge has added some excellent pace and finishing. Wonder what Coutinho can do for them

Personally, I'm worried about how we'll do at Anfield and even against a resurgent Newcastle at home.

I think Liverpool will be excellent next season.

Two draws is probably more than people were expecting them to get, and today they played better than I've seen them play all season. But they still benefited from Arsenal's defence being calamitous and Man City being crap today. All things considered they probably should have won both games.

Also, how the fuck did Shearer just defend Sturridge's dive? The Liverpool Media Love-in has penetrated Geordie Boy.
