I wonder if the news that Roma is preparing a bid for Kono means someone is interested in Ljajic. It's been said we have other LWF targets in mind, and he's a very versatile player who could operate anywhere in the rotation. (Re: Trix news on no to Depay or Kono)

I understand that Depay will be turning out for PSV in tonight's Europa League qualifying tie against Austria's SKN St Polten. Do we let him get cup tied if we are seriously interested in the lad? I would think not, so that leads to a conclusion its not advanced at all.

If he plays is he cup tied for the Europa?

It's really looking more and more likely that's the case.

I'm still hopeful for Chadli, anyway. I think he's a fantastic option to pair with Lamela/Eriksen behind whatever striker we start.
