But another player Poch wanted.

Hes not going to get in ahead of the other attackers. If he is, he obviously needs to show more. Like Poch said, we aren’t a charity.
I just don't understand who scouted him and then thought he should be bought as a fullback. It's so confusing considering where he was playing for Fulham that made him a 'hot property'.

I like him as a player but he seems to lack a bit of aggression. I can see him loaned out next season, which would be best for everyone.

You think they're gonna be given a chance going forward?, it's highly unlikely.

No i dont and its saddening, I think if we could give them to time to go through the rough patch of getting used to our standard they could make a huge difference and be really succesful, but I dont think that'll happen and I dont see how anybody can say its the right decision

Never wanted him at the time seen enough of him for Fulham last year to know he wasn’t good enough for this level or our level.

Much like KWP, very small and slight and I would question his mentality as he’s another that seems just like a really nice boy with no fire

He then went on to play much further up the pitch - in those clips he defended how many times? So we're going to go half way and suggest he's a wing back? What use is that to a team who have been playing four at the back (under Poch) for the most part and now Jose?

It's poor scouting and poor planning if that's the case.

I believe Poch had a vision (and he said this as well) that he was a winger for now to get experience and would be moved back to fullback. He was injured all season and only got to play 16 minutes under Poch.

In comparison Lucas only has 2 more assists this season than Sessegnon in 2,100 more minutes.

He was one of Poch's targets - I don't know what Poch was on but his choices were poor.

Poor again, you mean. Like they were since Mitchell left.

One reason why I’m looking forward to him getting a job somewhere else is so that I can see who he identifies and buys (if there’s nobody else in charge of recruitment). I have my own long held suspicions of how it will go.

The signing of Sessegnon made as much sense as not buying a replacement for Trippier.

As I have said numerous times on this topic when a potential left back's strongest attribute is his finishing then you need to worry.

He was the same at Southampton, wasn't Osvaldo his pick - good player but turned out to be a flop as he couldn't settle.

Where did he say this?

Sessgnon atleast need two more season at a epl team where he can play week in week out. He is just like Max aarons at this moment. Although, Max aarons has been playing at RB in his whole career, so aarons might settle better than Sess.

He may have settled even quicker if he had played where he had been playing for Fulham/England Under 21's ... Good job Spurs.

A wasted 20m, not aggressive or good enough as a LB and not better than our other attackers so he has no role. Saving grace is he’s young and English so we’ll get our money back for him if we decide to sell.
