They’ve come a long way since Sisqo.Haven’t been online all day. Can you sum up the key moments? Clearly thongs have progressed greatly?
So we have people who are
Pro Poch Anti Levy (Gards)
Anti Poch Anti Levy (@scat1620 )
Anti Poch Pro Levy (@BringBack_leGin ?)
Pro Poch Pro Levy (me?)
Massively divided fan base which I think we could all do with taking a step back from and realise this is a difficult period and there are lots of strong opinions but no obvious solution ...
sho uld we go to parliment for a decisionMassively divided? Dude that’s like 5 people.
Poch win ratio 54,3%
AVB 55%
Agree with this mate and also think levy will now spend what is needed but just not sure poch has what it takes tactically to get us over the lineLevy isn’t perfect. From a fans perspective he is frustratingly conservative in his approach to growth and I think that invites some of the criticism he gets.
Poch has made some very bad decisions over the past year and needs to get his act together. I’d like to give him a chance but fans need to see some sort of vision that extends beyond the end of the season. We need to see the young players and new players play regularly and now they’re all fit there’s no excuse. A couple of signings which suggest brighter days ahead wouldn’t go amiss too.. in January.
I think Levy will spend what it takes.
Yea true depends how you look at itI would argue totally the opposite.
At the moment we are in a totally uncompetitive Premier League, where the top 2 sides were on a different planet to the rest of the teams. Premier League was basically where Spain was when it was only Barca and Real and then 20 point gap to the rest.
Whereas when the title is won with a lot less points, the league was a lot tighter, points gaps were a lot less, and a lot more competitive where realistically any team could cause an upset, especially at home.
That is not to say the Man City and Liverpool teams are not better than some of Ferguson’s United ones for example, that is open for debate, just that the competition was a lot tighter throughout, the points gained are not a realistic comparison, as the opposition is different.
Finishing 2nd on 75 points in a League is better than finishing say 4th on 85 points, and actually could be a better achievement than finishing 2nd on 85 points, expected points gained depends totally on the general quality of the opposition across the whole league, which can change drastically from season to season, let alone over 10 years.
How dare you. That was the height of my creativity. I'm 10.Literally mental that a full grown adult somewhere has taken time out of their day to make that. Im all for fooball banter etc but thats like calling us Spuds. Do better.
How many ways can you say the same fkn boring thing...The problem is, we have to look at performances. A draw or loss next match then he has to go. We’ve kept him longer than we should have already. A win and we still look awful, i’d argue he should still go. Yes the season is now a write off but we could still maybe have a go. The players dont look remotely interested to get up for anything now with Poch and they are dragging us down. We cant sack the lot of them so we have to side with them in order to stay up.
Then a massive clear out begins. Sell a few, let the freebies go, maybe bite the bullett and release a few if we have to. Levy really fucked up badly and created this issue. Instead of investing every year and refreshing we now have to drop a massive amount of money in 2 windows to replace 6+ players AND improve in other areas. Its going to require him to fork up the extra cash to get players in january that would cost less in the summer too. There is no way we can keep on this season with a few certain players constantly getting games.
How many ways can you say the same fkn boring thing...
Whereas you and the rest of us manage it daily ?Funny as that is what Poch is a master of. Saying the same old shit every weekend.
Have faith
