I suspect the haggling over price will cost us this signing. Valencia need to sell but Liverpool want him now too and won't hesitate to pay the asking price. Starting to look likely he will be in red next season.

Levy's just looking after our future
No, Levy isn't. If we don't get the players we need, we won't get CL football and that will cost us lots more in potential revenue than a couple of million he is trying to save. We keep losing signings because Levy always wants to haggle. Villa came out and said the only reason we didn't get him was because of this and next will be Soldado.
There was an update on fighting cock:
From:
We are in pole position to get Soldado and hope to be able to announce, at very least, as soon as Saturday, that an agreement is in place. If Soldado trains on Saturday the things change and we may forfeit the first refusal agreement we have in place with Valencia

Ok, last message was my abridged version... Here is the message...
"Spurs expect to be in a position to announce soldado agreement by Saturday at the latest. If Soldado trains on Saturday things change. There is an agreement in place to sell only to us if they find a replacement. That agreement is forfeited if he trains on Saturday"
Im confident he will come
Isn't the itk regarding training and Saturday saying that we have agreed terms and we are waiting for them to find a replacement before we sign on the dotted, if he trains on Saturday the deal can be completed irrespective of their replacement situation. If so that is all positive....isn't it?
Thought we had till the 3rd. Oh well signafuckingstrikerlevy.
After the 3rd his release clause goes up.
