Napoli interested in Jaanmat and Sandro
gianlucadimarzio.com

Napoli in Holland is looking to bolster the right flank. Should May leave in the summer, Napoli Has Identified Feyenoord's Daryl Jaanmat, born in 1989 as a potential replacement-the defender Already Has played for the Dutch national team. For the midfield Gonalons is always an option but Sandro Could become available. At the moment, the Brazilian midfielder wants to leave Spurs, but a lot of will depend on the new coach. Roma and Inter Pursuing Sandro not have been for quite some time. Napoli is now interested in him as well as Janmaat.

Funny if the now-Napoli manager becomes Spurs manager.

Any player looking to leave Spurs would be immeasurably stupid to decide before the management situation is cleared up.

I think the vast majority of our players would hang around and wait to see who the new guy is before deciding on their future. Unless of course they get an offer from a club you simply don't refuse.

Milan have been after Sandro for years and could still do with a DM, would be very surprised if they didn't try to sign him up this season.

Only thing that worries me is that it's Di Marzio, who has been relatively good over the past year.
He's probably right. Napoli is probably interested. Could they offer enough to make Levy interested? Likely not.

I was more so alluding to the note by Di Marzio stating the "Brazilian wants to leave Spurs." Sandros recent statements would indicate otherwise though.

Apparently Sao Paolo are interested in Sandro.

Chignall - Sandro's agent: "We are waiting the transfer window to see what will happen. For now, he will stay at Tottenham."

Sandro's agent: "If he goes, it needs to be in a transfer. For now, Tottenham's president only wants it for a transfer."

Sandro - "I don't know about São Paulo's interest, but I'm happy about the news."

Sandro - "Anyway, it's difficult for me to go in a loan move. If I go, I will be sold for a good money."

Sandro - "Other teams came, but with a low quantity of money. Levy is good at negotiating."

Really don't want to see him go, he's immense when he's on his game. The problem is that he's too often injured to be on his game.

If he can't stay injury free then I'll understand why, but I'll still be saddened by it. Also, if he leaves I'll only be 'content' if he went somewhere like Brazil where I won't have to see him play for another team that we may end up playing in domestic or European competition.

Another one bites the dust. Not sure why we bother getting attached to any of these players really!

With all the necessary changes needed in summer it makes no sense making unnecessary changes. Sandro has had injury problems but when he is fit he's both a top player and an influence and personality both on and off the pitch. In a team short of character and characters we need to keep the likes of Sandro right now. If he continues suffering niggling injury problems then time enough to address that in the future, but for now lets address the weak areas not the strong ones

My favourite player in the squad, and would be pretty gutted to see him leave, although his injury record means he's a player you can't rely on to be a consistent figure in midfield all season.
