Either we are paying for 2 windows where we didn't buy or something is very wrong at the club. I'm hoping its the former as the latter will be take years to fix.

it doesn't matter who we buy. they always seem to take months to get going or get a chance for us.

Look at liverpool. robertson, mane, chamberlain, henderson, van dijk, milner. a spine of proven players who already knew the league.
Liverpool raided clubs for known entities.

You can buy all the atal's and french midfielders you want but they will flounder for a year as history tells us.

We need a few clint dempseys and few malbranques. the odd ryan nelson.

its a piss weak team with no voice and no grit. we are easy beats.
We don’t need the likes of Clint Dempsey or Malbranque. That will be going back to the hoddle/Graham era. There are better players in other teams, it’s just that we can’t scout them!

Awful game ... not sure someone answered it - why didn’t they check the VAR for Kane’s goal?
The VAR just did the usual: put the lines in to agree with the ref.

The VAR was Anthony Taylor. He's the one that gave us a foul when Gazzaniga cleaned out the Chelsea player, so you know you won't get anything sensible from him. For example, the whole world knows that Toby handled the ball for a penalty, yet even after reviewing it that muppet said that he didn't.

i don't mean the standard. i just mean known entities.

need a rb? lets buy one from a club in the PL.
one who can play straight away and not act like a complete fucking arse clown like aurier.

The problem glaringly is Levy who has caused the negativity within the club, by lack of investment backing Poch and probably promising players he’s going to invest so they signed contract extensions when he clearly knew that was a lie. Then the icing on the cake sacking Poch who the players obviously loved and adored. LEVY AND LEWIS OUT PLEASE FUCK OFF

Why just today?
Norwish was awful - not sure how we got a draw there
Brighton first half - with second half not much better but substitutions from bench plus bit of Dele magic changed that
Chelsea - woeful

Our team structure does not allow us to play football - and it starts with allowing a RB to play totally out of position which then impacts everywhere else

There is never movement up top because too many players push on leaving midfield bereft, so short quick passing not possible.
As result revert long ball but we rarely win any battles.

Whether KWP or Foyth are good enough does not matter they can at least play the conventional role.

With Aurier playing we always have a midfielder being pulled out of position and then being outnumbered in that area.

JM has big decisions to make and believe we should potentially write this season off and see what we've got in our ranks. Jan has gone , Toby is struggling. Lets try Tangana and Sanchez next time out.

Could go on but we need to change what we are doing quickly
I agree. But today is the cherry in the icing on the cake

Brighton AND Norwich, second half performances were better, but today there was no reaction. Nothing. Zilch. Zero.

I’m still fucking furious. I don’t know why, you can bet your bottom dollar the players are happy as Larry going home with their £120k or whatever they’re on. Fuck the lot of them. Every single one. VAR me

Wow that's some revisionism.
If they adored him then why were they all playing so shit?
He'd lost the dressing room, it's been widely reported, and it was obvious from the performances.

Cheeky neg from a Poch superfan :ROFLMAO:

Always less space in attack though when you give away the first fucking goal as always. Wankers

That's very true. The one thing Poch era reinforced from beginning to end was movement as a team. When the team was playing the Poch way we were beautiful to watch and it was player quality that let us down. At the end it was no longer playing as a team and the quality players couldn't fix it.

Aurier is a poor footballer

KWP is easily brushed off the ball by more physical opponents

Dier is too slow

Foyth needs a loan to iron out his mistakes

Until we get a quality RB, I’d play Sissoko there, as he plays in that area quite often covering up for Aurier’s regular forays up front.

Such a crap game of football. As is our usual way we were slow out the blocks and gave them a 1 nil start.
Our front 4 didn't seem like they could string a pass together and our option was a long ball which was never precise or decent.
The lack of width is concerning, sessegon appeared to be playing within himself and reluctant to get to the byline. Aurier I'm less and less convinced on each week, some of his crossing was appalling.

I was always keen on the revision not revolution approach but we've got a lot of positions and players to sort out.

Grealish is the one imo. Would be my number one target if it were up to me.

Agree, but absolutely no chance whatsoever of it ever happening, Baldy Tightwad wouldn't stump up £25m when we had the chance to get him!
