Falcao just followed an Arsenal fan on Twitter, and all the papers saying Falcao to Madrid are backtracking.

Monaco chairman also seemed unsure whether he'll stay or not. Cue Twitter meltdown.

A few issues with Rojo seemingly. PL hasnt approved it yet due to 3rd party issues and he's currently trying to get a work permit at the embassy in Madrid. I'd laugh so hard at United if it fell apart.

Falcao to Arsenal would be the worst thing in the history of anything ever.

It sounds silly but they're so lucky - even when they get a serious injury to their main striker, it happens with a week of the transfer window to go, giving them time to get a replacement. Never happens on September 1st, does it?

****s.

I cant see this being a goer since he wants to go Real Madrid. This whole saga has stemmed from him following an arsenal fan on twitter. Which is crazy and sad of what football has become

I can. Arsenal need a striker, Monaco want his wages gone. According to rumours Liverpool were quoted £12m to cover his wages for a season and Arsenal have mucho money. Falcao wants his big move and RM clearly don't mind shopping in the Prem.

If it happens I would be royally pissed off.

David Ornstein reporting is on the BBC now that they're in talks over a loan move, and he's not the type of journalist just to follow a Twitter rumour.

Torres, Milan on 2 year loan deal. Strange one.

They must have somebody else coming in. Otherwise they are relying on Costa and an ageing Drogba. The African Cup of Nations may start after the Winter window opens but there must be somebody else lined up.

It's Falcao.

Probably.
