pretty sure that's one of the criteria Levy uses. It's why Kane and Dele's contining successes annoy him so much.

And why we were interested in Vennegoor of Hesselink for a while.

And... perhaps why he's OK with selling Walker to promote Walker-Peters.

Had consigned that story to the dustbin immediately, the two clubs haven't done any form of business for a long long time and it hardly covers moving back up north for Rose. I doubt even he would be interested in a move to Chelsea, irregardless of his comments the other week

Favourite piece of ITK ever, was thinking about that the other day funnily enough. I think the story was he turned up without a tie despite being told he had to wear one, and Levy tried to force him to put on a Spurs tie that he had in the office, Roman refused so Levy didn't let him into the boardroom

Can't remember who posted it on here ( was it you ? ), but their girlfriend did the catering for the boardroom I think it was.

That JJ tweet sounds a lot like we're getting Barkley instead of Diop. Maybe we were using the Diop link to put pressure on Everton to get a move on. If we are looking at 25-30m for Barkley that would be a great deal regardless of his contract situation. To get him 15m+ less than Gylfi that is a steal.

I'm not so sure. Barkley is likely for the future, there are reports that he has a Grade 3 tear, meaning his hamstring literally popped (and tore). If that's true he's out for 2-3 months. I'd expect Diop's replacement to be of more immediate use.

We already signed Sissoko
