Poch's an was a defender, I trust him to sort the back line out sooner or later. Nowhere near as pessimistic about that not happening as I have been over the last few years.

Agree. Didn't we have some ITK recently that Hull registered their interest in Rose? Surely we could fleece 4-5 million out of them for Rose lol

Add that to about 8 plus for Siggy...and you'd be looking at around 13/14 million for the two of them.

All hypothetical...either way we'll need back up for Davies in some capacity.

Fryers is a lot better now and has some experience. Good enough back up for me. Last year at this time, he was not acceptable back up.

Decent LB back-up at this stage but still expect him to be brought through as CB in time.

Neither has the skill to take on a player and Davies doesn't have the pace to get back if he goes too far forward. IMO, Davies "attacking" contribution will equate to crossing from deep.
