AVB had a system but it had to have exactly the right players to work.
Sherwood didn't have a system.
Poch, it appears, has a more flexible system and develops the players to make them fit it.

Levy simply waiting for Villareal to bring Musacchio over on their flight this weekend so he saves on the Easyjet ticket he had to fork out for with people like Soldado

Will happen this weekend

Fappin' Friday.
If this comes off, it will probably be one the greatest transfer windows for us ever (that's why something tells me it's too good to be true ;)) and the anti-Levyites will really have no basis to complain...

Re: Grey Fox Info

After Mussachio, Schneiderlin would be the icing on the cake. I've mentioned before J-Rod being a deadline day special but that will surely depend on how Soton start the season and how many players they get in. Don't mind waiting until Jan though in the hope that Chadli, Andros or Lennon step up.

Yedlin agreement for Jan sounds like good business. Could be light at RB if Naughton is sold however, especially with Walker's issues.

Only area of concern left for me would be the striker position, but that would require us moving one on which would be unlikely. That said if Poch can get either Ade or Soldado firing they should be more than good enough...

Classic Levy to be fair. He'll get him a second class coach ticket from wherever he lands no doubt...

I was pretty sure the loan deadline for sending players back to the MLS passed a couple of days ago?
Loopholes.

Also, as long as the framework of the deal was completed by the deadline, it doesn't matter as long as it's formally completed in the next few days.

@yankspurs even said that we could do it on PL deadline day and MLS would still find a way of it getting done (that doesn't seem necessary though). It's all in the Yedlin thread (y)

Cheers.

I'll say it quietly, and I do expect and hope to be proved wrong, but from the admittedly very little i've seen of him I haven't been left overly excited by Yedlin. Hence I haven't followed that thread too closely.

As I say, I havent seen much of him (only WC really) so i'm assuming my very slightly negative opinion isn't held by those who know more. And if it is Poch that wants him then I back and trust it 100% (y)
