Yet there was previous ITK saying that incomings are not dependent on the Modric money? It's all very confusingStarting to get confident again, seems like Modric is the big domino that starts everything rolling.

I understand that these deals can be complicated so I'm ok with that but I still can't get rid of that nagging thought as to why they seem to be able to manage it a lot quicker just before the deadline. Is it perhaps that all these deadline deals are sown up in the weeks before but no-one wants to reveal their hand until the last minute so they keep it under wraps or is it part of the sky tv deal that they save all the exciting breaking news for sky's deadline program?Falcao? Llorente? You guys need to get real. It takes months and months to finalize a deal with Ade. It took months to close the deal for Vertonghen (an easy deal when you think about it). Levy is yet to sign a striker after all these years. And you think we'll sign one of these out of the blue? I've lost all faith in Levy and I am tired of expecting a miracle every transfer window. I don't expect anything now. He'll sell Modric and won't spend the money.
I think a keeper is important for AVB's styleI think from where we are right now, getting Ade and Moutinho in would be superb, and taking into account the signings of Verts and Sig, it would, in my opinion, represent a decent window's business.

Someone yesterday said the LOC may have been requested because Porto haven't got the money they are owed from atletico for falcao.
So with the trouble in the Spanish league not going ahead this week because of no tv money agreed is it possible falcao might come available. Maybe for a reduced fee.
Could well be, but I don't see Bilbao entertaining levy's penny pinching tactics? If we go in show our intent make a decent offer say £17/18 m and pay him proper wage similar to what it's rumoured we are prepared to pay ade then yes just maybe we got a chance of getting him. IMO llorente would be immense for usFrom JJ's tweets it seems Llorente could be a viable option.

Yes they are playing Sweden in StockholmAre Brazil playing today? Was wondering if they're taking advantage of being over here and playing a game in Europe somewhere?
*still grasping for something*

very common placeSo we have asked Birmingham to tell us if someone else tries to buy Nathan Redmond? Apart from the fact that this is underwhelming news, it also seems to be a strange approach to transfers- "we are not offering to buy your player but if someone else does we will be".
