I didn't expect much from that starting 11. I just don't really see the point in playing a team like that.Did people really expect an XI that has never played together and throwm together after a few days training to play like prime Brazil or something?
The second half was much better, but Australia were solid and settled as was expected.
Can't really judge on that, it's like a league cup XI.
Intriguing that someone dislikes this.Did the crowd just boo Jordan Henderson. I hope so.

It was a friendly and he rested Kane (something people have been asking for, for YEARS). Watkins started and scored. Nketiah is actually the all time top England u21s scorer so it's not that much of a stretch to see him given minutes.I gave up on international football a while ago but just reading match reports and saw nketiah came on.
Can anyone help me out on that, are England that short of forwards Southgate has to pick someone who has 13 league goals in 74 appearances over the last four seasons?
Callum Wilson and Tammy Abraham would presumably be well ahead of Nketiah in the pecking order but I believe both are injured.I gave up on international football a while ago but just reading match reports and saw nketiah came on.

He sold out on his principles. I’d much rather boo him than any Arsenal player.
Because I dislike states that persecute people for their sexuality/race/gender more than I like watching England win a friendly. Why would you boo any of your own players though?
I forgot about that. I assumed people booed him because they thought he was shit.Because I dislike states that persecute people for their sexuality/race/gender more than I like watching England win a friendly.
He was shit as well.. Every time a defender had the ball, he was hiding behind a player to try and receive the ball..I forgot about that. I assumed people booed him because they thought he was shit.
