Honestly think we should make Eriksen captain, just to cap off a great week.
sack Mr Pink he's gone mad

On the evidence of how both have performed this season Toby looks more assured and comfortable for me, he's been on a steady decline whilst Verts just looks past it.
Nobody really wants him sacked. We just want the old Poch back. ?
I think it’s the same Poch. It’s just that we’re losing. Poch in 2016 would have been just as stroppy if we lost all the time!Nobody really wants him sacked. We just want the old Poch back. ?
Tbf he played Eriksen because Lamela was injured. Though playing Rose, Eriksen and Aurier in the same team has been a disaster all season. He shouldn’t have done that.I don’t want him to get the boot either but I think it’s getting to that point. The media have gone easy on him given the results, but even they are turning and to continue to play Eriksen is criminal, he clearly doesn’t want to be here.
It just has that old familiar feeling we are so used to before a manager is sacked. A loss away to Everton and I think that will seal it imo.

on Everton, I don’tthink we should approach it as if he loses next game, we sack him. One game is really a matter of chance. Any decision on his future should be made on a cold assessment of his performance over time, and whether our problems are solved by a change of manager.
i don’t believe removing Poch helps us. We still have the same poor performing players. Long term we need to rebuild. Poch builtthe best spurs team of my lifetime. I back him to do it again. Heck, no other spurs manager in my lifetime made us anywhere near as good as Poch. And I don’t want to wait another 30 years for another good manager. Good players are plentiful; good managers are rare.
I very much want him gone. But you know, there is just this unwilling sadness of letting someone you once loved go, like in a relationship, when looking back at some memories created together.I don’t want him to get the boot either but I think it’s getting to that point. 7-2 Embarrassing.
3-0 Embarrassing .
Carling Cup exit to who was it Rochdale, Embarrassing .
Poch still being in a Job is a joke now.
That locker room needs a new voice, Poch is picking the same garbage players and they are not playing for us, what's this picking Eriksen over and over, what's the bloody definition of insanity?
Why did we spend 50+ Million on Ndombele, why.
I love Poch but he has won 0, and now we are just a joke, Enough is Enough.
Nah mate, the definition of insanity is questioning why we spent 50mil on one of the best young midfielders worldwide, who was been one of our better performers, settling in well in an underperforming team. One of the few positives.7-2 Embarrassing.

Only Norwich have faced more shots than us this season. How shocking is that...how can Poch not see the CM problem and the formation and tactics are all so wrong

You can’t play Moura and Kane together. Doesn’t work.
They both want to play centrally and they both look for the same space. Basically they cramp each others styles
Only if you play a dogshit diamond does that happen. Moura can definitely play as a wide forward, the system is currently wrong for him and Kane but play a 433 with Son and Moura wide of Kane and you end up stretching a defence that opens up gaps somewhere. Those three are designed to exploit gaps, and with a solid midfield three behind them- Sissoko to close down space, Ndombele and GLC to retain possession and offer quick transitions- we’d be much more cohesive and dangerous again. You can’t play Moura and Kane together. Remember with Vertonghen though, he’s not afraid to down tools or reduce his intensity when he’s not happy. He was the first to ask for a transfer under Sherwood and I remember that photo of him before we lost 4 nil at Liverpool when he looked so nonplussed. I wouldn’t be surprised if that is what’s happening now.
Edit: I just saw this. Wonder if Inter came in for him at the end of the window, we said no and he threw a strop?

They can play together as long as Poch stops playing Lucas in a front two.
His best position is right wing/forward, it's odd that he very rarely plays there for us.
He doesn't have the nous to play centrally like Kane (or Son when deputising) but he can cause damage as a wide forward.
He needs to work on his off the ball movement though, its average at best. Hopefully he's been paying attention to the chemistry Son and Ndombele have built over a short time.
