I tried watching the lasted 2 minutes before switching off. Why do people watch and listen to such garbage?

Just like mainstream media it panders to the masses so they're always gonna be biased in favour of the bigger teams but some online content is good like 90 min football and James Lawrence Alcott's channels.

Just their voices and attitudes was enough to irritate me into not watching.

As I get older I'm aware of the fact that I'm becoming more out of touch as to what younger generations are interested in. So that's the main reason I'll keep an eye on YT channels like The Kick Off, etc. I don't know, perhaps there are bigger channels out there that are more indicative of what 18-30 year olds are watching.

That said, I would have to agree with most of the criticisms voiced in this thread.

And yes, that Rory Chelsea bloke seems to totally hate us

Just to add to the Kick Off/Rory hate, haven’t watched the video above but in every previous clip I’ve seen of him he’s slagging us off/ridiculing us and yet I’ve never seen him share the screen with a Spurs fan who might actually challenge his bullshit. Bloke’s a prick and a coward.

It’s not just that, though. We kept multiple players Poch wanted gone & who actually wanted to go. We needed a clear out. Instead, we signed our only 3 players in 24 months. Also, take your disrespect for Ndombele elsewhere. It’s cringe & makes you look like a prick.

Seriously Hank? I love this club and I want it to be successful. That’s why I have season tickets. But we can’t be successful as a club if we spend our money badly.

Spurs bought Tanguy for £55 million in July 2019. Since then he has contributed a total of 8 goal and 10 assists.

ManU bought Bruno for £54 million in Jan 2020. Since then he has contributed 40 goals and 25+ assists. That’s in six month less than Tanguy has been at spurs. Same fee.

there have been real questions raised about Tanguy’s willingness and application. His output has not been good enough to justify his transfer fee and his status as one of the club’s highest paid players. And as someone who loves this club, I’m not afraid to call him out and say it.

Man utd didn't have Mourinho though. He kept Tanguy sidelined for months and Tanguy himself said that when he got back in the team he wasn't demonstrably fitter than before. Utd also played front foot football instead of retreating into their own penalty area for large parts of every game. It's only fair to make a comparison when 2 players have had similar opportunities to ply their trade, and I don't think that's the case when you compare Ndombele and Fernandez.

Are you seriously comparing their roles?

I agree that Tanguy hasn't performed to his price tag but using Bruno as a comparison is misleading. Without the penalties his goals tally is on par with Timo Werner and he's been consider a flop

Not sure if the comparison fits but it's bizarre how many people on here are unwilling to concede that he's been a flop.

Tanguy plays in a different position to Bruno though?

Pirlos stats would look shit compared to Bruno.

I am not ready to write him off yet. In his first season he was horrendously unfit and we have to accept that we do not know the reason for this.

In his second there was clear improvement in his fitness and performance. He still isn't at the level we'd hope for from such an expensive signing but the fact he is improving is a great sign.

I am not ready to write him off and talking of him as a flop is as one-sided as saying he's top class.

agree, i won't get into the ndombele/bruno comparison but since 2016 we've spent over £400m yet have very little to show for it. only wanyama(until injuries) and hojbjerg have delivered to the required level.
