This thing could be so be so much fun!

It would be good to see the these great players integrated towards a common cause. We all love to spout that England have the better players but it would very interesting to see from a large pool who gets the nod from say a Fergie or even a Keegan in charge.

I would like to see some form of limit on the players available from any one club however as the mighty Spurs could lose Alnwick, Hutton, Bale, Gunter, Huddlestone, Dawson (24 but may still be eligible but not taking up 1 of the 3), Lennon, O'hara, even Bostock!

Who would you pick?

The only way it is going to happen is if both FIFA and UEFA give written, unconditional confirmation that at no stage, now or in the future, would having a GB team compete in the Olympics affect the four individual football associations.

With Platini & Blatter in charge, with their anti British, well anti English, mentality, it's not going to happen.

As for who I'd pick, well I'd pick 11 page three girls - maybe that would persuade Blatter to change his mind given he wants women footballers to be sexy.
