Only players who showed anything out there. Well done lads.

I think Ledley as a captain failed today. At 2-2, or 3-2, he needed to step up and show his leadership. Gather the team in a huddle as they celebrated, and give a team talk to motivate the players and get us back playing.

Arry got the tactics wrong today, but overall we were just too flat, they wanted it more, and so many instances in a match are decided by motivation. Sagna wanted the header more than Bale. Walcott wanted to get the ball more than Parker.

Just thought I'd shout out the only two respectable performances of the bunch.

Add vdv to that. He showed fight. Everyone else disgraced themselves. On a coach at Emirates... Just want to go home.

Marked moment for me was when Dawson came on and told Sando "fucking stay here don't go forward".

We lost this game in the midfield, Kranjcar was the wrong choice although he did nothing wrong it ended up with Arsenal basically bypassing our midfield.

At 2-1 we should have held strong but folded big style. Very disappointing

Parker was awful second half! Walker and Friedel though were very good. Adebayor shouldnt have bothered turning up

I'm so upset for King, because he looked nowhere near his best. He was slow. He can't run anymore.

Don't think VdV showed too much fight. I respect his effort was maybe 1/2 and the rest of the team was 1/4. But Kyle was out there sprinting his lungs out with a hurt/injured ankle, making runs the size of the pitch from the first minute to the last, and Brad was the only thing keeping this from 10-2.

Agreed. Walker was showing the desire required in these sort of games. Most of our players looked like they were expecting the result to come to us rather than us to go out and work for it.
There were some poor performances today, from the manager (imo) to the players, and arsenal played well. But theres no reason to let us affect us, we've done too well this year to get too worked up by this performance. On to the next one.

Agreed , I hope Walker has not made that knock into anything worse though.

Marked moment for me was when Dawson came on and told Sandro "fucking stay here don't go forward".
I saw that too and thought 'thank goodness someone is stepping up to take responsibility and telling people what they should be doing'
Sadly, much as I love Ledley the legend, he just wasn't good enough today. Not the only player of course, but but we can't afford to play him when he's like this.

if we need to blame anybody it should be harry for me he got it wrong from the word go.playing a team low on confidence we should have gone at them from the word go even at one nil up we sat back and invited them to come at us and at the end of the game we can thank our lucky stars it wasnt a lot worse walker and brad had good games ade as a liability done fuck all the whole game apart from the penalty.

Thought he looked awful today, so far from his imperious best,he looked like a differnt player.

In that one bollocking to Sandro, Dawson showed what most of our team were missing today.

completely agree - walker and friedel were the only ones to come out of the game with credit. We were taught a lesson.

walker defensively is getting stronger and stronger

Walker was the only outfield player to show heart I agree. Friedel was pretty blameless apart from maybe the 3rd goal.

Cant see what VDV did when he came on, didnt see any increased effort compared to the others, who were abysmal.

Fuck them, it is a team game and the whole team let us down. Even if they was better ones out there.

Every single one of our players should hang their heads in shame for losing 5-2 to the fucking parasitic scum after going 2-0 up...... FUCKING 2-0 up and lost 5-2, so fuckign glad I stopped watching, the result is bad enough.

Dawson did exactly as King, Kaboul, Parker or Friedel should have done. Told Sandro to stay put and protect the defence. I thought it was a poor performance from King and Ekotto, both looked drained. Friedel couldve done better with some of the goals but we shold not be exposing our keeper to so much pressure. Adebayor didnt do much today and Kranjcar was dreadful. Vdv tried, i liked his effort but game was not ready for him, Lennon wouldve made more sense.

Parker should have been off at half. He's useless with a yellow card. I would've kept Saha on.

ade had a pav game in terms of balls bouncing of him in the wrong directionand looking slow. we've seen him have these games before but more often seen him retaining the ball and showing hunger. so it's a shame he should have one his poor days today of all days.

but the problem wasnt ade. or any paticular player or manager. the problem is if you have kranjcar/rafa/modic on the right and are using the right back to release pressure/pin them back a bit then the right back must be experienced and have consistency in end product. walker is young and has potential but his role was the most important today and such young player with so much to learn shouldn't be in that position.

that was the weak link. that situation , not necessarily walker himself.
