On a side note, I was in Henley high street last week and walked past a Gold Pillar Box. what a wonderful way to celebrate the win with the public. kids were having their photos taken next to it.

15 year old Josef Craig just got a gold and smashed three seconds off his own world record, achieved in his swim in the 400 metre freestyle heat earlier today.

Youngest member of the swimming team. What a champion!

Been loving this as much as the 'other' Olympics.

I've been fortunate to have been able to watch many events during the day. So many wonderful moments.

Oh, GB are about to take on France in the Wheelchair Rugby. I love how this event is mixed as well. (y)

This event is also affectionately known as 'Murder Ball'. :)

I've already watched some and it can be incredibly brutal.

Indeed Cosmic, and the ladies on the team can hold their own.

GB just beat France 57-50. :)

Went to watch the Atheltics last night. The highlight was Brazil getting 1,2,3 in the T12 (blind) womens 100m. Their celebrations were awesome!

Also the 4x 100m mens T44-46 relay was exciting as well.

Yeah, they were.

I have a special place in my heart for the GOLD lady, who danced with her partner onto the podium. :)

Wow!

That was amazing by Jonny!

But i'm quite shocked about how slow Oscar and Alan Oliveria were! But how great was Peacock. Hats off! :D

Only 19 as well! Great future ahead!

Yep. Such a bittersweet feeling. Didn't even feel quite like this after the Olympics. Maybe because I knew we had a another games in 2 weeks' time. But now...

Still, I've watched the Diamond League meetings the BBC have shown since. Lovely to watch 3 class evening of athletics on top of the Paralympics.

Really hope it continues.

Honestly, I'm a grown man. Why has it taken me so long to open my eyes when it comes to sports. /administers self-uppercut

You and me both, bro.

I think we've (all) been in some kind of weird vacuum the last few years.

I sneered throughout that whole Engerpoo debacle yesterday. Had I not made dinner at the time I wouldn't have bothered. Wished I'd switched back to the Para's in retrospect.
