Chadli is a good player just needs to think about his position.

AVB had them well drilled and tactically disciplined but picked the wrong players.
sherwood picks most of the players we want but everyone just raaans arnnd a bit.

I think we look appallingly bad. It's like kids football. No tactics, too wide a gap between the centre backs. Chadli is looking poor. If we play a decent team like this we will get destroyed.

We have been so dire tbh. How many times have we gifted them chances. Its sloppy, its inept! Simple passes we are failing to make. Giving the ball away, players not using their heads. Dawson and Chiriches have been as poor a back 2 as I can remember at the Lane. Oh for a Ledley! We've created really nothing.

Chiriches is awful as is Dawson and Rose. We need a new defence.
