It's amazing how one throw-away comment Redknapp made about Pavlyuchenko (and even then we don't know if he actually said that) is still used against him.
As usual, it's Harry answering questions rather than him holding a press conference to talk about how he thinks Vertonghen might be feeling.
This is one or the reasons I didn't want Saggy Chops back in the Prem, he concerns himself too much with other clubs and thinks he owes us something by constantly talking about us.
So what - who the fuck even cares!
How would melt face know anything about Vertonghen? He was canned before we signed Jan
Maybe he cannot help himself but he's not wrong is he

no he isnt wrong, but whats it got to do with him? even if asked he could just say ''nothing to do with me''
Do you think when harry was tracking him he said, Oi Vertie me ole son, we want you here at spurs, you'll be captain and we'll be adding to quality to the squad to improve, were really going to go places, this is the club you need my son, oh and i'll do one if England come calling and you'll be in the same position you are now''
Jan should just keep his head down, work hard and do his best for the manager and the club. he knows football can chance in a second, managers come and go, Players are a bit soft nowadays with their feelings being hurt all the time. Players think the are so special but its players that make a club special

@14/04/91 @davidmatzdorf & @eurodat. Jan was signed a month after Harry was fired, Jan wouldn't be call up Harry bemoaning Spurs so he does not have a clue. How would melt face know anything about Vertonghen? He was canned before we signed Jan
Perhaps he just can't help himself. Same as them that put the boot in every single time he opens his mouth.

It's just a washed up old man who can't accept that he was fired for showing a lot of leg to the FA (among other things) sticking his nose where it does not belong.
Abso-bloody-lutely! I gave you a medal to counteract whichever hijo de puta gave you a spam rating. It's one of the constants of life: the Redknapp clan (including John Bond) proclaiming a lack of bitterness about the Spurs tenure and the England job while at the same time oozing it from every pore.@14/04/91 @davidmatzdorf & @eurodat. Yeah you're right, fourth place is success and I loved seeing that bus going down Tottenham High Road parading the fourth place trophy and all those fourth place medals, it was such a happy day and I was so full of pride.Same "washed up old man" who managed Spurs to two top four finishes and a CL QF. In fact our most successful manager in Spurs PL history.
