If there is anyone I would sell Bentaleb to right now, it would be Sherwood - because you know he would overpay.

As for Kane - a year in a different system may not be as beneficial to us as a year in this system playing cup games and Europa. Hard to say.

Lennon certainly has a few games missed by injury.
I would guess he is on a low wage and he has had a few moments for the club. But he is like Jenas to me-no ambition.
Whereas Andros is bursting with ambition.

The fact we haven't sold him is more telling. All our best players move on to bigger clubs eventually. Had he been able to cross like Bale he'd have gone to a bigger club a long time ago. The fact he can't cross and doesn't score many has put the likes of Utd off.

I thought it might have been something about our team bus having misjudged a tight turn on a precarious hillside road on the way to limassol.

The Daws thing is probably more plausible though. Probably.

There was all that paper talk on the eve of our 2-1 win over Mourinho's Chelsea in the Jol era though.

£20mil was the rumoured amount iirc

Reckon he might try and buy Fryers and Mason.

No way we should be loaning him any kids though - they need more accomplished coaching at this stage of their development

Depends on the timings of the deal but if it is Daws to presumably QPR it would be nice if he was at the lane on Sunday (not playing) to get a much deserved send off/show of appreciation. Soppy I know but would be a nice touch all round.

My worry is are we going to score enough goals. We missed a shit load of chances last season. This needs to improve this season and that's why I would be looking at Remy.

It's not like he's just being paid to train with the reserves either, he plays in one of our weakest positions and I reckon he's about two great performances away from being in our starting XI. It'd say more about him if he did want to leave honestly.
