Just shows what an influence Poch had on the whole squad during his time with Southampton. Not completely dismissing RK's input, but definitely a bit of residual MoPo afterglow going on at St. Mary's.

Please tell me the OP is on the troll.

I dont think he is suggesting that we should swap managers in all seriousness but more pointing to the fact that with a team that was raped and left for dead in the summer how good a Job koeman is doing.
I fully expect them to finish above us No question they look better motivated and playing like a team with belief.

I'm so sick of this instant gratification attitude.

Just be patient.

And we'll finish above them.

Im not moaning pinky just saying they are a good side and will finish above us No shame in that, maybe in the future we might be better than them but who knows we may even have a new stadium to look forward to as well.

Expectations at spurs are way to high if we really want to do well we are going to have to back poch to the hilt and take a few steps back to go forwards we will need to be bold, clear out players like Paulinho, and a few others bring in youth players give poch time and build for the future we can't compete with the tops teams till we get consistancy keep a manager give him time to implement his ideas, and give the players time to build understandings of each other and what's required, they need time to build up situation and game exp as a unit so they defend as a team attack as a team this takes time. Every year we seem to be re building and our first 11 changes I bet if you took the first half of each season and compared the teams each year the starting 11s would differ so greatly compared to any other top half team.

Are you refering to yourself as the world and his wife know the nonsense that goes on with Our managers not getting their targets but getting cheap shit.
Like i said not moaning just pointing it out Im sorry for you that you cant see it and like you said potentially you never will.

Poch is doing ok-ish but Koeman has taken a side that lost its entire best players, inherited a bunch of kids and freebies and is currently tearing up the premiership

Poch has potential but what Koeman has done i have not seen since Jose took Porto to the CL

Should we make Koeman an offer he cant refuse?

8 matches. it has been 8 matches....8 matches

People complain about us not being patient enough with our managers maybe we should give them more than 8 matches before we sack one.

ffs :banghead:

Are you for real, I mean is that a genuine question?? I cannot believe you really mean that, after all the talk of giving a manager a real chance, I mean 2 years at least, before we start demanding yet another change. Here we are less than 3 months into a season and you are looking at alternatives. If there was a rating for the most idiotic post of the day, you would be a world beater!!!. Think I need to go and lay down in a darkened room for a while.. Bloody Hell!!! I've read some really stupid posts on here, but I tell you chap, yours is up there, right at the top....

We don't do well with Latins; we only succeed (to the extent that we succeed at all) with Anglos. Why that is I have no Idea. So in truth I actually would rather have Koeman- or de Boer, or Harry (a man we never, ever should've gotten rid of. I don't care how bad QPR are; with us, he was great).

Indeed the only Latin (i.e. Spanish, Portuguese, or Spanish-speaking) manager I would want here (that we could realistically get) would be Rafa Benitez. I would LOVE Poch to succeed, but I doubt he will.
