None of that makes any sense.
You can't delay a legal decision because of 'stress'. Otherwise every appeal ever made ever would be delayed because everyone gets stressed with court action. Anyway, it actually has little to do with Josif - the decision is on whether the CPO decision was correct, not on anything to do with him or Archway personally. He's not spending any time or effort on this, the judges are (well, will be).
How could we lose the appeal because of this?
