Even the BBC are running it with baseless insinuations

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-30195756?

Closing with: "The company (Archway) has previously claimed it has received threats and abusive calls from Tottenham fans."

Some nutcase vigilante Spurs fan
Insurance job
Bored kids setting fire to things for local notoriety
A boring accident

Anything is possible, making insinuations at this stage before the facts is pretty irresponsible from the Beeb.

Sort of thing I expect from the Sun, after their nonsense Gazza story yesterday.

To be fair to the BBC. I was there when the guy was doing the interview and I did hear him talk about the threats.

So it's now officially 'suspicious'....does that mean they found evidence of an accelerant?

Police have apparently identified a possible cause of the fire from captured CCTV footage............

I know he keeps getting mentioned but I really can't see Arson Wenger doing this.

Unless he was destroying some evidence maybe?

The sick fuck.

Bugger, you beat me to the Arsene joke. Good job I didn't post it without checking first if somebody else had, my face would have been burning.

There are probably 5 knives to every adult in England . I do not walk the streets terrified of being stabbed. I am more worried about losing my privacy than losing my life to violence.

I can only imagine your embarrassment Mr Johnson.

Although I suspect Mr Wengers face was burning stronger.

Allegedly.

The sick fuck.

Surely that implies arson though....

A building, in the middle of a war with a multi million business and a local community on one side and owners reportedly seeking a payday and only two months left before being left with crumbles on the other, burns down.

Suspicious? Nah.

Move along people. Nothing to see here.

What have you got to hide - privacy can be a state of mind for some and a screen to commit horrid acts for others.

Indeed. But it doesn't stop the aloomeenum hat brigade from spouting their poison and clogging up an important thread.

For shame.

What have you got on me? Don't tell nobody.
The old "if you've done nothing wrong..etc " argument. I want the government and any other organisation to have the least information. They collect info about being a possible terrorist and then nick people for no MOT.

Where does it end though? You give 'em an inch and they take a mile. I think there's a thread for this in the debate section.

Karma maybe at work. Greed, looking for greater monetary gain and thought only for ones self when construction of the new stadium can help and affect in a positive way so many peoples/families lives and livelihoods!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

CCTV has made a big difference in making people feel safer. I am pretty sure it has reduced street crime.
But it's a bit like Superman's anti-evil ray. It's great-or is it?
