Reckon the only certainty is that if it was arson, it wasn't from a request from anyone at the club. Besides being close to the appeal hearing, I'm pretty sure if it was ENIC sponsored skulduggery they'd have bumped the Josifs off instead.

my guess it was an accident.

very little logic to conclude anything else.

Unless @Mullers was aiming for Levy's office and missed ;)

It wont be, it will be a crazy fan, but I dont see how that reflects badly on the Club, every team has nutter's supporting them.

It could be but there must have been a bit of planning go into it. If you have the time to plan and execute this, you should have time to work out that it's not really in the best interests of the club or your fellow fans. It could just as easily be a rival fan trying to throw a spanner in the works or as it's been mentioned, the owners themselves who will need to be seriously investigated.

A loan Spurs fan has everything to lose and nothing to gain as the CPO was just around the corner, even the most monstrous thug within our ranks (*cough* @StartingPrice *cough*) would know they're risking serious jail time and for what exactly?

After what he did to our strikers when he became striking coach, Mullers must have been taking advice from Les Ferdinand

Hypothetical: What would happen if Levy and Lewis were found to have hired the Arsonist and told him to burn the place down and they got arrested, what would happen to the club? Would it be sold?

All that will happen is you'll wake up with a sticky tummy and Levy will still be at Spurs. :yuck:

I know fook all about fires but I'm sure it will take a few days to ascertain whether it's arson or not. But a building burning down with no obvious source is always going to be treated as suspicious.

Lol, I've no idea who originally fed you Britons that crock of shit but it isn't even close to true. Only roughly 30% of us own firearms, and a massive percentage of that is people living in rural areas. It's clear you're a smart fella 57, I know good n well you can see past media-fed bullshit ;)

But hell naw man the government harshing on my freedoms is far scarier than my right to bear arms against communism and jihad.
See I know you make a good argument DaSpurs and I respect your genuine umbrage at what you saw as a dig from SS57 but, and maybe I'm a big girls blouse, but 30% frightens the bejesus out of me, I'm not a fan of total CCTV coverage mind you.

I just find the timing of this a bit odd if it turns out to be arson. Why now? If it were a disgruntled Spurs fan then why now and not years ago when Archway were first kicking up a stink. Or perhaps straight after they appealed, or even if the appeal turns out to be successful.

I'm not accusing Archway of being up to no good, but you have to consider insurance fraud. Especially since they may be worried at this point that their appeal will fail. If that's the case then perhaps the cash from both the insurance and the CPO could be a nice little earner for them.

Either way, I do hope it wasn't arson and just an accident. Stupid thing to do.

Surely that implies arson though....
There are a number of ways it could look suspicious...
Could be that Archway employees discovered the blaze and the cause but have tried to make it look like Arson?
Could be tampering with evidence, CCTV footage deleted/edited. Cheech and Chong (or Harold and Kumar) found at the scene with a packet of fun sized snickers.

Also that 30% is misleading, as some of those probably have a lot more than one gun....I think that's where the stat about 1 gun per person come from....I agree that it's fucking terrifying.

All Levy has to say is well when someone said hire an arsonist i thought Franco was trying to buy scandanavian.
