I would expect Dembele and Lamela to start next game. Not sure why he hasn't gone with Lamela, Dembele and Eriksen since the Liverpool game.

What an absolute shambles of a game from the Spurs players, no passion, no guts, no creativity…..totally disgusting display of how to give a game away and the sad fact is that Man rue were not very good but we let them trample all over us. Disgusted with the result

Interested to know, what would you have done different? I would have had dembele in for Townsend but that's it and I think it's more down to the players who didn't really turn up

At least Dembele should have played. Playing Mason and Bentaleb alone in midfield wss suicidal. If Stambouli was fit he should have been considered as well.

As I said they are better than us anyway and Poch has only so much to work with. But he didn't help today.

I'm not normally one for throwing in to many youngsters. But I wouldn't mind seeing ccv and kwp getting some minutes from now to the end of the season. With walker there was always a trade off. You get some good things and some terrible thoughtless defending. KWP has shown great potential. Same with CCV. Dier and Fazio have got plenty of mistakes in them for them to be Certs in the team.
I agree yedlin or kwp should get an audition, walker really should not be playing anymore I'm over his pace, throw Vlad the lad in there

Wrong team.

Poch doesnt seem to rate Townsend at all, seems to be the first sub every game, but he's in the starting lineup utterly inexplicably.

Walker, bad player. Please give Chiriches or Yedlin a run for fucks sake, he is just awful and always has been. Danny Rose is twice the player Walker is.

Should have started Lamela, only player in our team that is guaranteed to 'go for it'. People get frustrated with him, but he's a real asset creatively, always looking ahead.

Eriksen really needs to start performing more consistently, people rave about him, but 30% of games he is shocking.

What is Nacer Chadli for?

Dier had a bad game, but still rate him.

Kane had an awful game.

Dembele should be in the starting lineup against big teams.

For fucks sake that pissed me off.
No he is not, both as bad as each other.

Poch was schooled today! Doesn't feel good right now, but may be good going forward. He's the most important Spurs "player"! Glad we have him! Young coach, young team. Really thin in midfield first half, rabbits in headlights, off day for almost all of our players too. Another day, summer signings to suit our needs, and another season
On the subject of summer signings, anybody a little bit worried about players we bring in. Fazio and Stambouli nowhere to be seen today and Davies sat on the bench. (Vorm too but he's gk so won't include).

Just proves that we really need to get it right this summer

Well at least we know now that champions league is not gonna happen. Better to know early in the long run I suppose. Thats the only positive I could fathom from today.... :(

Think poch is trying to perfect his plan A....because you don't need a plan B if your Plan A is top notch....a saying apparently

Age is a very poor excuse when there was 8 full internationals in the starting 11. It also doesn't excuse Bentelab under no pressure passing direct to Rooney and then him walking through Dier.

He's 20 years old, and he's played brilliantly in plenty of games this season. There will be the occaisional slip up.

Our shape wasn't the problem , it was individual errors again , doesn't matter what shape you play when you pass the ball to the opposition to run through and score
True, however there was a real lack of protection and positioning in cm just in front of the defence. You can't keep allowing teams that space, we've done it all season which tells me it's the set-up

And lamela cost more than all of them combined and some !! Haha we are a shambles
And he's the only one with the vision to create chances and actually did more than those mentoned in 20 odd minutes than they did in 90.
Again you tend to vanish with the others when he creates the chances.
Seriously give it a rest or a least give credit where it's due.

Every player can have a bad game occasionally, but the whole fucking team playing badly, bar one or two, is inexcusable.
