Judging by the in-depth detail of knowledge on our football club's owner's daughter's sex life, it would seem that many people on this site have no lives whatsoever.

Lol. Joe Lewis apparently wanted to win badly too. So much so he gave a load of £40m...which ended up being a stop gap to fund the already completed transfers while we waited for the Bale money to come in then the 40m was transfered into the other business for the stadium usage

You do realise the FFP rules on investing money into a club these days?

Does FFP apply to capital infrastructure spend? I think I remember once reading that it doesn't, but I might be wrong. If FFP doesn't apply to that then an owner who didn't mind sinking money into Spurs could partly or wholly finance construction of the new stadium, and then we could spend the increased TV money/other revenue streams on player wages and transfer fees like most other clubs are doing, rather than squirreling it away to pay for the NDP.

If my vague remembrance is correct (and I'm not sure it is) then that would make the info that Dov whored about Lewis' daughter that much less likely, because if the Lewis family wanted to spunk their cash on Spurs then they could buy us a new stadium and let other revenue streams take care of the footballing side.

Owners can make a one off investment of up to £40m but they are required to turn their loan/investment into equity. Which is what Joe did.

Didn't Caulker absolutely roast Joe Lewis' daughter, and then get sold? (Allegedly).

If she's got enough power to get rid of the Ferdinand/Ledley hybrid, Levy has to be looking over his shoulder.

Roast or "Roast".

Goat:

Not from a usual source so treat this with the appropriate amount of salt please.

United offered £40m for Kane who turned down the move, he's happy where he is at the moment.

Hate the sound of that ITK on Kane, makes it seem that levy accepted the offer but Kane didn't want the move...

If I knew we had definately accepted an offer for Kane I would consider no longer supporting spurs

No, sounds like Spurs said to him there has been a bid.. what do you want to do about it? and he said no, then Spurs said no. If he'd said yes, who knows.. different conversation.

I doubt Mr. all about the bottom line would reject a £40m bid for Kane at this juncture. He probably left it up to Kane. So lets just be glad Kane said no.

Why ask him the question unless you are interested... ?
