On the plus side, at least we're not Real Madrid and drawing against 10 men or Legia and getting smashed 7-3.

Edit, make that 7-4 lol

I think we need to start asking questions about Poch and why our players no longer seem motivated, this side has felt completely different to the side last season all season long quite frankly.

I have no idea how we are still unbeaten but I think Chelsea are going to put an end to that this weekend.

What makes me laugh is when people were saying "so and so will be off unless we get champions league" we then get it and absolutely shit ourselves. Embarrassing.

Does anybody else look at Wimmer and think the guy is probably a bit of a ....pussy?

How many times have we said this same thing this season? At some point, it should be clear that there is a massive disconnect between coach and players.
I don't think he's getting his ideas across anymore. Without the press we are an AVB team with a crap defence to go along with it.

He can't be instructing the players to stand off and be so submissive.

Awful performance out there from the whole team bar Lloris. no cohesion to the team, no incision and no press. Really poor and Poch I hope recognises this in time for the January transfer window.

This all stems from the defence - I'm afraid dier and wimmer are just not up to champ league level as centre backs - we miss Toby's organisation so much. We really haven't been the same since he became injured.

The problem is neither Dier or Wimmer are experienced enough to lead the defence, Wimmer isn't even a regular for Austria. They need someone with CL or international experience alongside them. King benefited from playing alongside Naybet and perhaps we need to bring in an old head to help them develop.

Lol...that attack just exemplifies our year.

Move it up. Slow it down. Pass it to the FB. Form a triangle. Attempt to work the flank. Turnover or weak cross.

Even though Wanyama has been amazing I think that has effected us a fair bit. Like someone mentioned in another thread having Dier as our defensive mid he just slotted in to the defence thus making us 3 at the back. This gave our wingbacks a space to get in behind. Now that doesn't happen and we are unrecognisable from the team we were last year.
