I last felt this good after a game when put 4 past Liverpool in October last year. It's such a satisfying feeling. There's harmony in the world. Long may this dominance last. I think it can only be topped by beating Liverpool at Anfield.

Had a little butchers at The Shed End match thread just now. It's hilarious how victimised they feel for being poor Chelsea.
It's salty and sweet all at the same time and they are suffering because of it. Very enjoyable :ROFLMAO:

Tbf to him it's not his fault teams keep buying him and paying him huge wages! I'm sure I'd do the same in his position.
But he is useless. Definitely cheered me up to see his name on their teamsheet.
I was worried for a minute when he went down injured, was praying for him to be alright.

Have to admit i've not used the word skinned for decades until son scored.

For our non english fans it means he went by the defender so fast it took the defenders skin off.

On the BT Sport coverage, Jake Humphrey was saying how they'd spoken to Zola before the match, who said that Chelsea had a plan for if Spurs try to smother Jorginho like Everton did, but Zola wouldn't say what the plan was.

Im going for 'give David Luiz a couple of ecstasy tablets and see what happens'.

infairness to Roberto, his tweets looks genuine, and from a man that in my opinion was signed three seasons too late. Never has there been a signing that i longed would do well.

He was the striker I wanted for years. He led the line for a Valencia team that wasn't too dissimilar to our team at the time in terms of style but then we just had a massive overhaul of the team with Bale going and he actually didn't fit anymore. But what I still love about him is he didn't blame us. He said it was head and he did go through some horrible personal stuff whilst at tottenham. Love that he still follows us.

Was that the first time Son, Dele and Eriksen played together this season? It would explain the sudden increase in offensive movement and fluidity. Moura is a great player, and puts a shift in, but tends to be fairly static when we have possession until he gets the ball. Plus Dele, Kane, Eriksen and Son seem to be on the same wavelength and create so much together.

Totally agree but they have had time and know each other. Sometimes you need an X factor in a team, that's Moura for us

If x factor means being able to do something special to change a game then i think eriksen, son, moura, lamela and dele have it. We are blessed in the second 3 role.

We had them for years. They became the team. The xfactor has to be something different. Moura runs at pace and panics defenders, but his first burst of pace is what scares.

Son didn't run with pace at chelseas defence?

I get what you are saying, think moura is brilliant. Just think the others are too.

I think Poch deserves a lot of credit for his tactics today. He must have realised the potential mismatch in midfield so essentially tried to bypass their superior midfielders. Sissoko and Died seemed to play much deeper than usual, soaking up the pressure and doing the simple things well, not being asked to be too proactive.

We moved the ball much quicker to the front four, nowhere near as much faffing about with the ball in our own half. Great to see such tactical flexibility from Poch.

Yeah it was definitely noticeable that Lloris went long more today than he ever has done. It worked but in fairness it’s something that lots of people have wanted us to do for a while rather than inviting trouble. With having Kane and his fabulous hold up play we should do it more.

I haven’t read the match thread yet as was at the game then on the mega death lash but has Dier’s game been highlighted?

That was one of his best performances for a long time. He was asked to be more defensive and play to allow the attackers to do their thing rather than joining in himself. It’s how he should be played and he did the role fabulously.

I'll hold my hand up to being a relentless critic of his. Frankly I didn't think he was really a professional footballer but his performance against Chelsea was fantastic. Well done Moussa !

Come on, he's been playing well for weeks now. Not just this game. This guy has been pivotal to our season which is weird to say but his performances speak for themselves. We truly have a special manager in Poch and what he can do with players.

Agree, i think the fact i'd didn't notice him speaks volumes for how disciplined he was and how he dominated the area in front of our CBs, real professional performance by him and i think this year most people (incl. me) have raved about Chelsea's three in Jorginho, Kova and Kante, but our two 6ft plus powerhouses Sissoko and Dier won that battle quite comfortably and made especially Jorginho and Kova look very average and like a couple of youth players Chelsea had promoted if i'm honest. Real energy and dominance from these guys!!!

Someone swapped the Es for laxative, because he shat himself.

Enjoyed the game tremendously yesterday. What a game! What a team! One of the best Spurs goals ever, a horrible team that hadn't lost beaten. It had everything.
Anyone who missed it because they find Wembley inconvenient missed one of the best games ever.

I agree. As well as Moura has played this season I think he’s a bench option. We are so much of a better team with the normal front four. They just know eachother’s game and are better tactically together.
