As a fan base that used to call Lamela 'Coco' I don't think we are in a position to criticise. As if one of those utter weirdos referred to Arteta as 'Tets' ?

Aside from the fact it's always ok to criticise that lot, I feel an actual nickname he's had all life and use himself is more okay than coming up with bloody 'Tets' yourself. As a fan base that used to call Lamela 'Coco' I don't think we are in a position to criticise.
It was his nickname though and all his teammates used it. Tets is just random. As a fan base that used to call Lamela 'Coco' I don't think we are in a position to criticise.
Couldn't be arsed to quote but just had a look at KUMB and they think they're on our level now. One of them said we had 'a decent front 3'. Dickheads

Nah, this was my fave quote... "Doesn't look good, gays".Credit where its due, this was excellent:
"No idea why anyone is that bothered by Conte - he’s obviously a huge improvement on Nuno. But so is my gran and she’s dead."

Yeah it was just the general arrogance that got me, like they'd been qualifying for the CL years in a row, or had any success. They finished 6th FFS, we were in a CL final two years agoRecent results and playing squad would perhaps say they aren't a million miles off. Might upset some, but their recruitment recently has really worked out and Moyes has made them a solid team .

C'mon mate. West Ham are nothing. For most of their history they've been a yo-yo club. They've never won the league. They've never qualified for the Champions League let alone a final. I always enjoy reminding them that they had an open top parade for winning the Championship play-offs having finished 3rd behind Reading and Southampton. They've got one of the worst stadiums in England. West Ham are a piddly little club and barring getting taken over by an Arab billionaire always will be.Fair enough. I just thinks it's wise that we don't turn into Arsenal fans. They still talk about us like we haven't been ahead of them for the last 5 years. Nothing is set in stone and anyone who thinks that West Ham will always be below us are as arrogant as those lot.
If they'd finished above us for the last 5/6 years then your point might be valid.Fair enough. I just thinks it's wise that we don't turn into Arsenal fans. Seriously mate, what are you on about ?Fair enough. I just thinks it's wise that we don't turn into Arsenal fans. They still talk about us like we haven't been ahead of them for the last 5 years. That should say they haven’t won a pissing thing since 1980I find them hilarious. To a man they all call us deluded because we see ourselves as a bigger club than them - even though we haven’t won anything since 2008. They seem to forget their pokey little outfit haven’t won the league ever, never played in the Champions league, haven’t won a trophy since 2008 and their most iconic player Bobby Moore had the middle name Chelsea and was desperate to sign for Spurs whilst playing for them.
The way they go on about this current side you would think they had done something more impressive than finish 6th - a finishing place we would at best have been non plussed about.
Finally they go on about that 3-3 win they had like it was the World Cup final - they never mention any of the 4 occasions in the 10 years prior to that where we scored a last minute winner against them - 3 times at their shit hole

Who t f do West Ham fans think they are really. We were awful and they scraped through a 1-0 win against us without creating anything of note. They really are deluded. From page 16 of their No more Nuno thread (there's 18 pages!):
-He went into an already very strong but underperforming Chelsea squad (they won the title twelve months before he arrived) and was able to buy Kante straight away (who had just won Leicester the league).
He also went into Inter at a time when they were a well established part of the top four in Italy and was able to bring in the likes of Lukaku, Sanchez and Eriksen who were all massive players for the standard of that league at the time.
It remains to be seen what kind of a tune he can get out of this current Spurs squad, to me their best XI looks short of even top six as it stands. They have a decent front three to work with (if Kane can be bothered), but not a lot else if truth be told.
-Thinking this is the best way to see it. Conte has joined a club with a mediocre first XI and huge amounts of debt, whilst Ole is still aimlessly drunk at the wheel at United.
Best case scenario for us.
-Have they paid back the government £175 m low cost loan from last year?

-My spurs mate has surfaced. He reckons Conte must have been promised a big war chest otherwise he wouldn't have signed. He is also convinced that Conte will get the team performing and that once Kane is getting better service he will start scoring again and will be happy.

-From dismay to joy in around 36 hours - that’s my spurs friends. The transfer funds in January must largely be the income from the Kane sale.
Until Jan I’m not convinced Conti will be able get much improvement out of the current spurs squad, Kane not wanting to be there will still linger and disrupt things*
*At least that’s what I’m hoping
-Spurs should be ashamed at the way they have treated Nuno. He had barely got his feet under the desk! It is the sort of thing you expected from basket case clubs like Perugia in the 90s.
-This thread is up to 16 pages, we need to be careful, they'll accuse us of being obsessed with them soon.
-Conte has such a good track record that he can afford to fail at Spurs and take the massive payoff. He will get another job in time for Christmas!
-Looking forward to seeing Conte getting them playing the Spurs way again. [laughing face]
-He is Mourinho mk2 ,another short term fix ,he never stays in a job for more than 2 years.
-Just bumped into a Spurs pal of mine that had come off all his Spurs WhatsApp groups at the weekend after the Man U game and had said he was done with football but now he fancies them again and wants to get tickets for the 1/4 final against us. And he reckons Conte will get Kane playing again and all clubs are in debt so Spurs are no different.
