Skipp looks understandably ring rusty.

Hojbjerg way off the pace, really poor even by his standards.

Richy on the floor a lot but has had a bit of rough treatment at times.

sluggish up front, slow to break out, Conte will not be happy.

Absolutely right, but you can analyse a game on its merits. I think castign conclusions on players is overboard but sayign we are playing shite or we look slow and clumsy - i think that is fine because its based on that game itself. Acknowledging it is a pre season. What I would say though is that for Sevilla this is their first game but looked a lot better.

I think we will be better second half

This is preseason game - so cant take it seriously...

Having said that problems with that first half...

  • Everything starts at the back - Sanchez, zero composure, zero build up play
  • Skipp has no intention to first pass it around and build up play-instead he is looking for quick passes forward. With Sevilla closing down well, he is not helping with Son & Kane with hospital passes.
  • Hojbjerg - worst player in that half - he needs to calm down and gather his thoughts - clearly ruffled by Sevilla pressing
  • Lucas - Not a RWB. No support whatsoever to Richarlison. He is not doing the basics right of trying to have a build up play
  • Rest of the players are just trying to put out the fires created elsewhere than focusing on how to build the play coherently

Its good to see this come out now than in season. Lets hope players learn & improve

Hojbjerg "way of the pace , really poor by his standards" ? Really ? By his standards ? He was outstanding in our run I to claim a CL place last season.

Does anyone know how to stop notifications in the spursplay app? I’m watching behind and getting spoilers. Have switched off notifications in the settings but they’re still showing up…
