It's blatantly apparent we need to buy a striker
Having said that we need to defend better. If we can ensure solidity at the back with good chances of clean sheets, the burden of being light upfront will lessen to a degree.

United have won many a title on keeping many clean sheets and nicking games.

Or, spend it on Willian and just swap Bale, Lennon and him around from wing to wing and through the centre every 10 minutes. It is a tactic that never fails to annoy me with just the two of them swapping wings, imagine doing it with three players: it'd be like the cups and ball trick. I'd probably hate that too...
