Thats a huge pay cut he`s taken there if true.
I've seen reports of £150k pw. What was he on at Madrid? I'm sure he took a pay cut regardless, not many people willing to pay Madrid wages.

Well they have paid twice as much for Bale who is the same age.
but these stats are awesome

I'm sure Eriksen's assist stats would look just as good if he had Ronaldo ahead of him in a 2 club dominated league too.
Well Ajax have dominated the Eredivisie, especially recently

Defence level: Tahiti
I seems to me that we may have swapped places with Arsenal now. This season they have a weaker overall squad than us but they have a star player who could win them games on his own. We now have more high quality players and better depth though, it will be a good battle for the Champions League places or higher.
If Ozil is that good why did he get sold?
He did not want to leave?
Feel sorry for the lad.
If Jose had not been a total embarrassment at RM they might have let him buy Ozil. It would have given Willian someone to play Words With Friends when sitting on the bench.
AW got a good player, not sure he needed him but you can't have too many good players unless your Chelsea.
Genuinely think United could be the one to drop out the top 4
He didn't have a choice in the end, he needs to play regularly for the world cup next year, it was either that or fighting it out with Isco.
Come on let's stop deluding ourselves, Ozil is genuinely one of the best players in the world and more fool Real Madrid for getting rid of him.
I'd say if they lose a few more before November time and the pressure is cranked up on Moyes, you could well be right. On the other hand if they go on a winning streak and are in the top two by Christmas I could see them staying up there. I reckon it will be all about momentum for Moyes and although he's Fergies choice, Fergie and the board might not be so patient if things really go tits up and the fans want him out.
I've got a friendly bet with my son in law (Man U fan), that SAF will back by the new year
It's no wonder Moyes complained about getting a tricky bunch of opening fixtures, he knows he has to hit the ground running. If they need saving by Christmas then old whiskey breath will be the only candidate for the job. I know they've said Moyes will get the same time that Fergie got, but in the modern game I don't believe that for a second.
