I know he's being linked with Arsenal, but Zenit want £15m, so he'd be the same price as Keane.

He's flown to London off his own accord, just incase a deal can be struck with Arsenal. However, I think we should bid £15m and try and take him from under their noses, he's a class player, clearly, and would be a big :shake: to Arsenal.

They still haven't agreed a deal with Zenit yet, being really tight, refusing to pay £15m up front, instead wanting to pay £12, and an extra £3m afterwards.

Maybe if we make the offer, Arshavin will be fed up of waiting and might join us, fingers crossed.
