Two words " Sign HIM"

He can use both feet, he can hit the target, he can take corners, he can take free kicks, he can win free kicks.

Very good player i can see why harry tried for him. I know we have enough mids and need an out and out striker but in his time at watford he was a massive hit as a striker.

thoughts?

Think he'd be a very good option as competition for Bale and Lennon, we really have no alternatives in terms of pacy wingers. Think some of the bigger clubs will be sniffing round this summer though so we'd need to move quickly.

he provides some accurate service to bent. he is very precise and tricky. if we sold bale he would be my first option.

Won't be easy this summer, with only 12 months on his contract there will a lot of clubs sniffing around. Undoubtably Liverpool, without any wingers to speak of, will be one, maybe United too.

Totally agree.............

i have been calling out for us to buy him for ages,he is a top top player who can play in numerous positions, and has a great attitude.

He is a clever player who doesn't just stay on the flanks when things are not going his way, he pops up all over the place, he can even operate as a second striker when needed...I think its a no brainer, i would love him at the lane..

p.s Kyle Walker is looking like a little diamond!can't wait to have him back.

I don't think it would be very much of a competition,Lennon would be dropped.
Far more effective player than Lennon, scores more goals, creates more chances, better passer, more intelligent, can play on the left,on the right and down the middle, works harder and is almost as quick.
It's a no brainer actually but will unfortunately probably go to a bigger team than us.

I would take him for sure, the guy just makes things happen - very good player IMO.

But the obvious destination is Liverpool and they're going to be pretty tasty next season.

I'll have a bet with you right now that Young does not join Liverpool this summer

I can see him joining us with azza going to liverpool. All that stuff in Madrid suggests to me that all is not right between harry and azza.I love azza, but young would be an upgrade, he offers so much more.

you think? i think liverpool need a massive overhaul tbh. Defensively they are weak, their midfield is very average apart from Gerrard who is coming to the end. They have a top keeper (rumours he will leave) and a decent strike force but their squad is actually very poor! They have done well since Kenny came back but will that be a consistent thing or could it simply be down to the impact of a new manager? I think we would be a far more attractive proposition than Liverpool

Personally I would buy Young and stick Bale at Left Back. It would give us much more attacking thrust from that side than we do now.

I rather have Kranjcar than Young because bale and lennon both have pace wheras kranjcar can open up teams when they just want to defend and sit

But I rather have Young over Pieneer as he offers more offensively imo

Ok, where do you think he'll go?

I cant see why United would be interested with Valencia and Nani.

Chelsea on the other hand, they are in need of some fresh blood and some pace.

I could only see us moving for him if Bale were to be sold and I dont think thats happening this summer.

If both Liverpool and Spurs don't make Champions League then they will be a bigger draw than us.
If we qualify then we will probably be a bigger draw to players currently in the Premiership.
No matter what happens they are a far bigger draw to over sea's players.
