The Laporte situation is still there too and this could become an option further down . City still have got their house in order .
lets hopeOne to watch alright.
Side note: That's some signing by city.
Not same age, but Jesus and Zinchenko are otherwise perfect examples of players doing well.Probably in the minority but I dont want this guy.
Injury prone and how many players his age take a step down in Club and actually do well?
my best case is Tapsoba and Laporte, or one of them plus VdVYet another top player to City, how very boring. As for Laporte I'm OK with him but only if we fail on Tapsoba.
Deliberate choice of words?Josko Gvardiol all but done to City now. Might open the door for this to progress?
Let's be honest Laporte would be a huge coup. He's class.
I wonder whether he'll head back to Spain though
only reason I dont agree with this is because it is the thinking we as spurs fans have always had. When we start acting like a big club and having the quality this would give us on the bench and be able to implement some sort of rotation without a drop in quality is when things will have really changedYou wouldn't sign Tapsoba and Laporte as neither is coming to sit on the bench. Tapsoba makes more sense as our top option and younger. If we can't get him and go for VdV then Laporte works well since VdV is more raw and maybe not ready to start yet. You could also maybe say Tosin if not VdV although age wise is OK he still seems a bit raw too. So Tapsoba or Laporte along with VdV or Tosin might make sense.
my point exactlyImagine having Stones Dias Laporte Ake Gvardiol Akanji as CB options
Not too dissimilar to our Romero, Rodon, Davies, Tanganga, Dier and SanchezImagine having Stones Dias Laporte Ake Gvardiol Akanji as CB options
