When Benny does summat silly, the next 10 mins that follow are generally complete madness from him.

Today was a great example, god knows why Kaboul didn't hoof it, but Bennys mind really goes, it's quite worrying to watch.

Really?

He can be fantastic, but when he loses it, he's scarily suspect for about 10 mins.

I noticed he had a rush of blood to the head for a moment today, just after their 'penaty appeal', but I can't say I've ever noticed it to be a regular thing

I think he is usually very composed and confident on the ball. He has his moments sometimes but no more or less than anyone else throughout the course of a season. He had a good game today, gave the ball away very little and a lot of his clearing long balls ended at a spurs players feet.

I didn't really see a wobble more just a mistake?

I love Benny, his hair, his attitude and his different coloured boots-Legend.

Ha, well, I dunno, I see it a few times from him. Like I say he can be great, but after a mistake it takes him a while to get back up to pace.

I'm not gonna paper over the cracks for anyone in the team, just cos I like em tho. And Benny can be very dodge, and is particularly vulnerable after doing something silly.

I actually though it was slack play from Kaboul which started that period of pressure.

He had a early pass on to Benny and delayed, and delayed, than when it looked like the pass was no longer on, he passes it, and Benny who i assumed was no longer expecting it, let it run under his foot, and this all led to the only pressure Chelsea exerted second half.

Yeah, as I said, Kaboul shoulda hoofed it or summat, but Benny deffo didn't want the ball and mind wasn't right at the time.

Still, no harm, etc. it's just something I've noticed with him a few times.

He has a habit of always trying to drag the ball back, sometimes it works but it is quite predictable and he has been caught out before. Just wish he would clear/pass it instead of over complicating matters.

only thing i saw from him was when he nearly kicked ramires' foot off his leg, fully deserved though considering he'd just flopped to the floor minutes earlier trying to win a penalty.

He's very casual but at times too casual. Not too often though and it's very rare that he has 10 mins of shocking play in a whole match letter alone in one period.

He has the odd shocking game but not enough to be concerned about. I'd say he's amongst the top 3 left backs in the country still.

Exactly.

I reckon their tactics board was arrows pointing down, as in go down under every fucking challenge. They were awful today, thankfully ref had a decent game and didn't give in to their plastic quiet fans screaming for every decision.

With regards to OP, i think a few seasons ago he would have a dodgy spell after a bad tackle or decision against him but I haven't noticed it much in the past few seasons.
